A funny thing happened today. First of all I was playing spins when the outage occurred. Then, they cancelled the tournaments and sent refunds. I got around 15k refund for a 15$ spin. Next thing - my account gets banned during playing $15 spins. Although I had the bankroll to do it already before, AND I didn’t try to smuggle the money away from my acc. Anyone else with the same problem?

Yeah, i have the same problem, had 4 $15 spins opened when the client crashed. After the servers started working again i received normal returns for 2 of the spins and big wins on the other 2. I haven't gotten a response from them yet.

I got one e-mail stating that they'd be in touch within the next 24 hours. The deadline passed around 10 hours ago, and they don't answer me. This is ridiculous.

They took the money back out but i am still locked out and no email response either

Same here.
Can't even check if I got the money that went away thanks to their errors. First of all the compensation for cancelled tournaments, then for the two tournaments that got cancelled when I got banned and ran out of blinds while forced to sit out.

So, I got disconnected around 10:05 CET, was not able to reconnect for about 20 minutes. Anyone with a similar issue?

My internet connection was working fine the whole time. Even the network status window in the stars client showed 100% everywhere, but the client would not reconnect.

Was in 6 MTTs, feel like I got really screwed by this.
