I understand that, but the point is that I paid 15, did not played a single hand and got back 10.90

They lose **** all because they allow late registrations to continue so they meet guarantees in their tournies.

When the 16.50 BB froze at 18:45 my time, there were 1203 entries, yet when they finally cancelled and did the chop there were 1947 which put the prizepool about $850 below the 30k gtd as opposed to the 18k it was at when it froze.

Hello, I had tried to e-mail but I got no where, just a couple ignored e-mail's and no answers..

I was playing a $60 HUSNG last night when the server froze. the blinds were 10/20 or 15/30 (It was early in the match) and I had about 1,200 chips at the time, the software was frozen for about 30minutes and I assumed the game would of been cancelled and I would be refunded or get an ICM chop.

When the software decided to work again I tried to unregister from the two other lobbies I had been sitting for about $160 - I got to unregister however not expecting the blinds to be 75/150 I folded 2-3 hands and costed me about 375chips.

I had e-mailed for a refund and just got an automated reply. I had now started a new match with 5.5 big blinds and was like WTF?

I ended up losing the match and now I'm out a full buyin because of it.

The game should of been cancelled and not resumed at 6X the blind limits.. (I think i've seen those blinds like once or twice in my life)

I realize if the internet is my issue and no refund is given but for something completely out of my control and for the game to be resumed its extremely silly.

After the software worked for a minute but every game that started went to break and a refund was given to all the players, and the SNG was cancelled..

Its down for me

They don't check these threads anymore and will never proactively try and help customers and respond to you. People like Lee Jones whos purpose is to communicate do the exact opposite. At the very least mention this in the official Pokerstars thread which is checked on an employees coffee smoke break once every few days. Good luck either way, its very obvious playing on Pokerstars in 2017 is a big risk. It looks like William Hill new what they were talking about huh Eric Hollreiser
