Ok I'm back on Stars. That was really weird that my internet worked for everything but for some reason I could not connect to any poker website. Perhaps they were all down at the same time? So weird.

Guys I got this thought I'd share, they sent it after I requested a refund on my SNG's.

Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance.

A small part of our US and CA players have reported disconnection issues and
we have verified there was a problems caused by an ISP in the North American
region. However, everything appears to be back to normal at this time, and
we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the connection issues.

If you were playing in a tournament and feel you were negatively affected by
the ISP problems, please send us an email with the following subject line:

REFUND: Tournament #, buy-in, User ID

For instance, if your User ID is 'PokerMagic' and you played in tournament
#300030551, which was a $50+5 buy-in, the subject line should look like this:

REFUND: Tournament #300030551, $50+5, PokerMagic

If you are not sure of the tournament number then you can locate it via the
the PokerStars software:

'Requests -> Tournament History...'

Once again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation has
caused and thank you for your patience as we resolve matters.

In any case, please write to us again if you have any other queries.

This is the third time tonight that I have disconnected and everything else is working. WTF is going on? I play cash so I wont get any compensation although all I really care about is that I can keep playing again without any more interruptions. If I am going to be disconnected again I would like to know so I wont play.

Yes, I think it just crashed. It went out for a few seconds and then came back. Then it went out again and has not come back on for me.

Isle of Man newspaper (at URL http://www.iomtoday.co.im/) is up.

Could this be The Man (e.g., Comcast) unplugging PS from the USA in compliance with UIGEA?

I wonder if pokerstars is down because of the last time it crashed. I don't have that thread but it would be interesting to know.
