massive lag here as well, very frustrating to see myself on a sitout and getting my stack blinded down even though I have the table open and it says my connection is very good

" Sorry for the lag, I know how frustrating it is. I'm so sorry customer. Please be patient until we fix it for a day and it breaks down on the weekend some more and we apologize some more. Please send log files to help us resolve your issue"

Pokerstars your servers suck. log files won't improve your servers.

let a $5 spin and go go off for a million

with only one player able to act in the game

and have one of their opponents screen recording

and get 100,000,000 views on you tube

and nothings going to restore confidence that will do to the brand

i mean jsut kudos for not even so much as a warning in the lobby

why are sngs still being able to registered despite the problem not being resolved yet? It has been ongoing for the past 2 hrs so why arnt running sngs be paused and have prizepool distrubted?

little popup when you login, proactive refunds without anyone asking for them..... bare minimum that is acceptable

"here at Pokerstars were all ****ed up and we have to warn you that this is going to be excruciatingly painful if you register, maybe you should just go outside instead..."

maybe stars can polish that wording but the sentiment is right

This is pretty ridiculous. Can't even play - didn't realize there were a lot of issues before I started playing for the day.

What do you guys plan on doing to compensate affected customers? I've lost a lot of EV / $$ because I can't act on my hands today. Pretty ridiculous.

No, you're not alone. I think most of us are having this issue. Half my table is sitting out / sitting back in non-stop.
