Mine always lags just a tad, but it's not even as bad as using most remote connection software out there, but when you rent a Stars account what can you do

What I find incredibly annoying is that when Pokerstars have these outages/site down etc. they never give any explaination, a simple message on the the lobby "sorry our servers are down..............................Blah, blah, blah" would suffice but always nothing.

Sort your customer service out Stars or your customers won't hang around.

The problem still hasn't been resolved for everyone (I play from Greece).

But I went to the pokerstars folder as someone above suggested to bypass the update and I managed to log in. Thanks for that!

Can't update here in UK, also all PokerStars websites seem to be down.

I managed to log in by bypassing the update as above, but my hotkeys didn't work for some reason :/ (edit: nvm, hotkeys didn't work because I didn't run as admin)

Cant get into stars today either, tried to open it from its location in program files but as id already tried uninstalling then reinstalling I guess I couldnt bypass the update.

CRAZY LAG.
Will not play anymore today, lost like 4 buyins with 10 random siouts disconetions, all people more than 30 seconds lag.

pokertars now its a preety shtyy site like the others ( or even worst)

how can i even play the hands for today like this?? how?

me too.

My connection failed to the software updater a few days ago.

The casino is not viewable in my client. One of the buttons reads "{{getAZlabel()}}".

Just now, the challenge dialog box wasn't viewable. It returned some error message.

I'm exeriencing terrible lag at the moment. It's unplayable. It takes about 30 seconds to even open the cashier.

Anyone else having trouble?

I am sitted out on all tables, can't click anything and connection to pokerstars says very poor.

Lately things have been just awful and considering I grind hypers this has had a great impact on my results.

i was 20 tabling 100 and 200 and timed out everywhere. this is so frustrating, since it doesn't seem to happen for everyone and I got abused. I stopped playing, but what to do about the lost $$?

I left 888 due to lag and cheating everywhere but but PS7 is way worse than lagging 888. This soft is such a ****ing shame. really ****ing terrible.

POKERSTARS STOP JOKING WITH PEOPLES MONEY. IF CANT FIX THE SITE, CLOSE IT.

IT´S EVERYDAY, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUAY, MARCH, APRIL, EVERY SINGLE DAY like 6 hours per day, THE SICK LAG, the ******ED Registed in all tables that dont disapear, lost of free sits like "ocupied" when i was the first to click with a suberb internet conection and a ssd, the no born of new tables, the FREEEZE, the SOUND.

JUST STOP this madness. Dont messa around with peoples money.

EVERY SINGLE DAY I LOSE MONEY COS THIS MADNESS.
