My PC will be running fine as Stars runs 9-12 tables, but eventually into the session a table breaks and I close it, and suddenly everything slows down to a point where it's unplayable. I open my task manager and my system is using near 100% of it's resources.



Usually for a quick fix I reboot, and sometimes even closing and reopening Stars without a system reboot will work, but as soon as another table breaks this repeats. It's bad enough where it takes a solid five seconds of wait time to tab between tables.



I am running Pokertracker 3, but I had figured that was not the issue since closing and reopening Stars often fixes the issue, but I could easily be wrong.



Any similar experiences or ideas?

Yes. Same here since today.
When i open tables it starts slowing down from time to time.
When i close Pokerstars it will freeze a decent amount of the time. Have to wait quite long till it is closed.

I can't connect at all, from either my main cable internet nor my mobile backup. I've emailed them, no response as of yet. I was sitting at about 30 SNGs obviously.

I got a run time error message which means they are down.

I can't either.

I was 24 tabling cash and playing 1 donkament, got randomly disc'ed, now can't reconnect.

definitely down, just re-raised all in on a table right before it stopped working..

Is it a Canadian thing? I cant get onto stars via the client, nor the website via my browser. I'm able to proxy into the website fine though. You others in Canada as well?

anybody having problems e-mailing support? I sent an email asking them about the disconnection, they asked for log files, so i attached and send back...but now i got an e-mail in my g-mail like an automatic message that said the e-mail couldn't be sent to support@pokerstars.com

It definitely wasn't site wide. I got kicked (Southern Ontario) and it just came back and lo-and-behold I'm eliminated from WBCOOP tourney. Ah well, at least I didn't lose any money.

Im on Rogers, but the rest of the net worked fine, I was sent e-mail and connected to various websites during the outage (including 2p2 obv)
