Yeah, it's frozen but the lobby still works. No announcement in chat, support Live Chat offline, do we just sit and wait if we're in a hand? Been about 15 mins already.

Something is wrong with Stars, network status says the connection is very good but my tables keep freezing. I play on multiple sites at the same time but only Stars is lagging.

Yeah I spoke to live chat, told me to close the client and re-open it - same issues. Then got told to send log files and wait for a reply by e-mail (which will take all night knowing them)

Here is my reply from the support.
Now we have to check our hands by ourselves to get refunded.

I expect from a company like yours that you are able to find these hands faster as your clients.
Disaconnecet hands are not in HM2 to find.
Do we have to check our handhistories now hand by hand?
There were a few disconnections, even today i had the last one.
A lot of hands to check manually if you dont wrote the HandID during the issues down.

It is ridiculous to send answers like this to your costumers!

Send the log files to them (More, Help then Log Files) and that should be it, I got a 16c refund (lol ) after they asked me to send them

On PS.bg /.com players/ I have big delay with all I do in PS. Like all is loading for around 15-20 sec. Network status is showing that Manx IoM, West Coast, Asutralia and England connections are 0%. I can load .au and .uk site without any problems. When I load some random tourney, on most tables there were no sit out players. Do you think that this is .bg problem or my internation internet is bad right now?

That happen for 15min and now all connections are 100%.
Did someone experienced the same?

pokerstars wont work for me right now, open tables show no seats and no players.

They were down for maintenance for more than an hour and I got the same thing as you. Stars seems to be working now though.

their betting service has to be one of the worst I've ever played on, always goes down on Saturdays just before games.

hyper sngs froze for me as well
They seem to have shut down most if not all sngs - will likely have to reboot server but that gets expensive and high maintenance when the site is busy.
