Is PokerStars down / lagging? - Page 268 - PokerStars: General discussion -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I received a dialog box saying I had to update software, which I did, and now I can't seem to log back in. It goes through the login dialog box, but when I try to register for a tournament I see a "Login" button instead of a "Play Now" button, and the "Cashier" and "Login" buttons in the lobby don't do anything. Also, when I try to log in from mobile, it just hangs on the login screen. Is anyone else having problems?

Sigh of relief here too, same thing happening to me on Mac and my PC. I was worried I was banned or something.

Sent an e-mail to stars a few hours ago but not heard anything back.

You can undo an update - copy the entire content of the "backup" folder into the main "Pokerstars" folder - then start from Pokerstars.exe so it doesn't auto-update.

Lagging and crashing, been getting ignored by stars.

Sums up my day..

They told me thanks for the feedback and ignored the whole refund thing...

Just re-installed Stars lets see how bad it runs now... This was my idea as I got zero info from support...

Raise rake more and hire better support IMO...

What going on with Stars today? It's extremly laggy. Cashier needs sometimes a minute to open & coz of that the SnG registration takes forever too. And I'm sure I'm not the only one with that problem, because I see many people on sit-out at the beginning of the game.

Also after getting ITM it takes up to 1 minute until the winnings are transfered to my account.

Any chance to fix up the servers? Or is there at least somewhere an option to see the status of the servers?

seems like all zoom pools super low player # and nothing I click responds / restarted client and it's frozen when I log in and won't even pop up the news post

lag stopped but pools take about 5 min to come up for entering the pools. probably put alot of guys off
