Hello. My nickname is thund3rrr1, i play mid stakes 1/2-2/5 for a long time. I received email from PS in the beginning of August, that my account was frozen for an investigation. I received this notification after incoming transaction. Later i received email that my account was blocked. I'm manager of poker team https://www.kot-mtt.com/, which is stacking players to MTT. Thats why i have a lot of outgoing and incoming transaction. All incoming are funds for game in MTT for our players, all outgoing transactions are our part from player's profit. I don't exchange money or something etc, i didn't use any prohibited software. Also i didnt receive any reason of blocking my account and i can't get my money back. Support asked me to sent screenshot of the Skrill account for withdrawal, but after they was stopped to reply me.

I hope that here are present employers of PS. Maybe users of 2+2 can help me to solve this problem

I sent a few messages to email, but still no answer. Livechat said that i should to sent message via email, because they cant help me.

I sent them all neccesary documents. Last one was in the middle of November. They reply me that my request sent to another department and after silence. I saw a lot of topic like mine here.

You could try dm tweet them @starssupport or I think they still have fb also. That's pretty lo to have fb but not email honestly. There are reps here.

if you say "i totally wasn't money laundering or chip dumping" then nobody here is going to believe you. Many people who were guilty of what the site accused them of doing have made accounts and lied here before expecting sympathy.

If it's just your word vs pokerstars, nobody will believe you.

You need to provide the evidence in order to gain any traction here. If you don't want to provide that, then I'd do what the person above suggested, try reaching out to them on twitter.
