So I played the BB $11 and needed to go out for a few minutes, so I transferred my poker session from my PC to my iPhone, as I normally do when I decide to run a quick errand during a quiet session. However, when I got back home, I noticed my Windows client now forces me to "transfer" my session, which refuses to work properly regardless of whether I sign both devices onto the same Wi-fi network, shut down either device in an attempt to "kill" the active session, or wait over five minutes in a vain attempt for something to happen, etc. I do use an RSA Security Token to log in and use Touch ID on my iPhone, the latter of which I turned off but to no avail. There is absolutely no information even announcing this refinement in the software client, let alone any sort of FAQ explaining specifically how to transfer sessions (best I could find was
this article) for when something like this happens. I have even finished the tourney in question and have no tables open, yet I am still unable to successfully log into PokerStars on my Windows client, although I can still log into iOS without any issue. I am absolutely stumped on this one and am incredibly frustrated because I need the Windows client to do things I cannot do on the iOS client. If support could please help me out on this one, I would really appreciate it. My screenname is troycm, in case you were wondering. Thanks.
