Today i hit the 1k price at the ragnarok free spin (i think the chance is 0.01%). Right about 1-2 seconds later, an error message pops up: "internal errror". I made a photo of it and as soon as i understand how to post pictures here i will do. But you really only see "internal error" and not where the spin stopped. I wrote to support about it and i hope they will award me my price but something tells me they won't

please move to internet poker and delete second post. thanks.

We can confirm that our system shows you did not win the $1000 cash prize from the Ragnarok promo for 22.07.2020 (CEST time), but a $500 Asgard Freeroll - Ragnarok Party Quest# ticket. Unfortunately, since the screenshot provided does not display you winning the $1000 award either, no compensation will be possible in this case.

You should be able to find the ticket in your Ticket section (choose “My Tickets” from the drop-down menu under your avatar icon in the poker Lobby). Please note that all tickets have an expiration date which you can find in the same section. Make sure to always use your tickets before their expiry date, as unused ones will be removed from your account.

I mean i know i dont have any evidence and probably won't get much credit here but i swear: the spin stopped where is the 1k price. Thats all i can say. Probably some kind of connection or software error who knows. Still kind of dissapointing.

I have been fortunate to win a few such prizes in different promos on different sites and one thing I always do is immediately hit print screen - "prt sc" button, fastest way to get a screenshot. I know it doesn't help you now but hopefully you get lucky again.

Mind you dial will stop in-between 1k and the next prize before it starts the spin so if you are doing many spins it will sometimes look like you hit 1k when in fact you haven't.
