Hey guys,

I hope your all doing good. I wanted to share my recent experience with Pokerstars withdrawal services and customer service. As many of you know that they are treating their customers pretty terrible in responding to emails with the lack of employees now.

I’ve now waited for over 2 1/2 months for a pending withdrawal request to get reviewed. I have sent all the documents that they asked for at least 10 times even though I’ve done a lot of withdrawals and am a regular player on pokerstars and I believe they should have all the information on file. I received an email from them a month ago that they still haven’t received any documents from me which is obviously not true.

So I sent them all the documents again, I sent them once via e-mail and once via the client again and it’s now been 2 ½ months and I am still unable to withdrawal the funds.

I’m hoping that someone can see this and get in contact with me via e-mail or PM on here and tell me what I’m supposed to do to finally get my funds from pokerstars, I’ve been allowed to play and I have not been frozen but I keep seeing an error. I’ve asked many people located in Europe and it seems nobody else is having this issue.

Can someone from Pokerstars please reply here as to why it’s taking them 2 ½ months to confirm something that should take less than 24 hours.

Proof:

Thank you

For what? When you play so many HU games you most be a moron to use AI assistance.
Nah, I don't think dubblefriss1 uses AI assistance. I think he is a winner and PS doesn't like that...

PS is digging and greed will get them one day.

If you're having trouble accessing your own money, then you might want to try this strategy:

If you wanted to pursue this, you could write (physically, on paper) to

TSG Interactive Gaming Europe Limited (C54266)
Villa Seminia,
8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue,
Ta' Xbiex XBX1011 Malta

You can verify that the above address is legitimate by checking their Terms of Service here: https://www.pokerstars.com/tos/

I suggest writing in both your native language and English.

-Include the date you are sending your letter
-Request the return of your money within a specified period (7/14/30) days as you deem appropriate
-Include your real name and home address
-Include your User ID
-Inform the company that if they do not return your account balance, you will contact the Maltese Small Claims Court (balances up to €5,000)
-Photocopy the letter after you have signed it and before you post it, and send a scanned copy of the letter to support@starsaccount.com

Ideally, they will return your money.

If not, if you live in Germany, then may be able to use the Maltese Small Claims tribunal to demand the return of your money.

The procedure is detailed online here:
https://www.gov.mt/en/Life%20Events/...ll-Claims.aspx

You will need a copy of the letter from above.

The goal of course is to avoid the court process. The goal is to get you your money back, not to go to court. If the money is truthfully owed to you, the company is likely to give you your money back to avoid the risk of dealing with this in the small claims court.

This is not expert advice. If you want expert tax or legal advice, see an accountant or lawyer and don't rely on free online sources in anonymous internet forums

I don't understand this. Why the hell would PS care if he's a winner? He's not beating PS and as a result of being a winner he pays far more rake than losing players.

Why would PokerStars care enough about your case if you don't even care enough about your case to write a letter to them?

Your suggestion seems like a legal claim to them as a company, which I didn't find reasonable to do trying to avoid an open conflict hoping that they were honest with the reasons of delay.

Anyway, received my cash out today. Gladful for that, but would be much better if they care about their customers a little at least and reply to emails.

I used to think so. But winning players deposit once and then take the money from the site. A poker site wants to keep the money and that it is played with of course. And they want everyone to keep playing, including the losers.... Recruiting new players costs money, advertising costs money. But in the end, it is unrealistic If nobody would win money, then poker wouldn't be that big. A poker site should remember that losers also dream and keep depositing money. Tournaments are the best for poker sites... I think that's the reason GGnetwork doesn't have normal Sit and Go's. GGnetwork wants to make poker fun so you forget about the money. GGnetwork can forget about that. Money goes before fun in this world..... (I know this topic is about Pokerstars) But GGnetwork is the perfect example for this.
