What kind of thresholds are you looking for here? Like, saying you want to kill yourself once or twice is OK, but three times is too many? Or it's OK if you laugh while you say it, but not if you're crying? Or it's OK if you say you want to kill yourself, but keep playing for another 15 minutes, but leaving the table before 15 minutes means you're banned?
They're not telling you what the thresholds are because there aren't any, and that's because there can't be.

The only way they could be sure is if you actually harmed or killed yourself. That doesn't seem like a very good way of measuring whether you're in danger, so instead they're forced to make a judgement call.

"Condemned as guilty" - you haven't been condemned of anything. They've decided not to do business with you any longer. That's it. This isn't some travesty of justice.

And what would that official process look like? I think Josem, using common sense, has fairly nicely summed up the process they used here:

4) You sought to clarify their questions.
5) They provided clarification in a second email.
6) You answered their questions in a second email.
7) PokerStars took your information into account, and decided to bar you from their service.
8) PokerStars notified you of this.
This seems like an incredibly reasonable process of theirs. They are being very decent, you are being very unreasonable.
I'd agree.

Yup, just like any other poker site, or any other business, for that matter.

Stars isn't preventing you from saying anything when you stream. But when you say things publicly, that can sometimes work against you, as people have discovered when they lose their jobs or have problems getting a new job, because they said or did something publicly that didn't reflect well on them. Freedom of speech comes with a cost sometimes.

Then I guess they could choose to ban you. There have been a few poker sites that banned many players simply because they won too much. Again, they can choose who they want to do business with. Of course, if they start banning lots of people for spurious reasons, that will reflect poorly on them and likely cost them in the end.

No, I guess you won't. I mean, they told you that was why, and everyone else seems to think that's likely the case, but if you refuse to believe that, then I guess you'll never know. Sometimes common sense isn't all that common.

If they think you have a gambling problem, or that playing poker is a risk to your well-being, your double supernova status is irrelevant to them, as it should be. Or are you suggesting that they should balance your well-being against the revenue you generate for them?

I'm not sure where the irony is. Perhaps you're under the mistaken impression that Stars believes by banning you, they've stopped you from playing poker ever again. They don't. They're just doing all that they can.
