Pokerstars account missing 200 euro Pokerstars account missing 200 euro

Pokerstars is failing on many aspects and is screwing over the recreational players. Last month Pokerstars did not allow me to withdraw my 400 Euro, and when I logged in today to play the WCOOP what I find is that 200 euro is missing - so now I have only 200 euro. Where is my money Pokerstars. Is Pokerstars going bankrupt and only slowing down the bankruptcy by scavenging recreational players accounts???

Michaelmk6,

No one here believes you.

You can obtain an audit of transactions on your account from the PokerStars software.

You can also post the correspondence to/from PokerStars on this issue.

Also, more generally:

Some general points here:
-You should keep records of all your communication with the operator.

-You should proof read what you write to them (and post on this forum) before sending/posting it. Make sure that a stranger can understand what you are saying. Imagine that you're writing to someone who is smarter than you, but who knows nothing about the issue at hand.

-In the first instance, if you are unhappy with their initial decision, contact them directly, and let them know why.

-If, after directly explaining your point of view, you continue to have a dispute, ask for the issue to be escalated for re-review.

-Many legitimate gaming operators have licenses from Governments where they "operate". In the case of many online operators, the jurisdiction that they "operate" in are where their servers are located. If you continue to be unhappy, you can approach the regulator with your concerns. You can obtain the contact details either by searching on the internet, or by asking the gaming site to give them to you.

-If the regulator is not an option, or does not satisfactorily resolve your concern, you may be able to consider taking legal action. Please consult a professional legal adviser for further assistance with this.

-You'll get more sympathy from the forum if you post - clearly - a copy of all correspondence with the site.

All my "withdrawal" requests were canceled in the last 6 months, with 393 Euro inside the account. Suddenly 200 euro are missing - disappeared without a trace ))

I don't. Most likely you had a bonus that expired or something like that. And why were you unable to cashout for six months?

I never tried to cash out for a year, never crossed my mind that Pokerstars has turned into a platform for cheating its marginal and recreational players, by introducing the absurd deposit turnover requirements of the carribean pirate bookies

And again why these "withdrawals" were cancelled. Why haven't you just emailed and asked them what's happening? There is zero chance that stars is just stealing recs money. Would make much more sense to steal regs money actually because they are constantly trying to make stars better place for recs.

Well, that's interesting, because just 8 days ago you had $400 you couldn't cash out because there were rollover terms for a $25 bonus. So this is a different $400?

They are still upset that he turned down their job offer to manage half a billion people for them after he finishes writing all the terms and conditions of a variety of programs for them.

Also, despite claiming to casually bet thousands on soccer games, he is still frustrated by his few hundo on Stars that he refuses to simply clear. Perhaps he will worry less after accepting his Nobel Prize.
