Thank you for contacting the Malta Gaming Authority.

Please be informed that all B2C licensees are now required to make readily available to players the applicable procedures for referring a dispute to the operator’s appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (ADR).

The approved ADR provider for TSG Interactive Gaming Europe Limited (pokerstars.com) is IBAS.

Kindly direct your dispute to the appointed entity accordingly.

"

and if you go to IBAS site it says dont even bother filing a dispute unless it's your legit last chance at dealing with the networks.

"We have arrangements with several gambling operators that we will not look at a dispute until you, as the customer, have been advised in writing that you should contact us or have been issued with a reference code or number to indicate that the company agrees it can do no more to resolve the dispute. Some operators will refuse to deal with IBAS on a dispute until they consider that their efforts to resolve the dispute have been exhausted."

so i suppose it's ok if pokerstars never emails me back, this is a ****show.

i've heard pokerstars closed their support center in costa rica, but still, absolutely 0 ****ing excuse. still nothing today. i want my ****ing money!

This sounds so frustrating and I really hope you get a answer soon and get your money dude. I just can’t believe. That a company as reputable as PokerStars is doing this. I have been reading nothing but bad things about stars lately on the forums.

read through the replies, i'm not the only person having issues. i know 4-5 people personally waiting as well.

https://twitter.com/StarsSupport/sta...67577907146753

the twitter account also had the audacity to tell they "prioritized" my dispute, whatever.

It has been over 2 weeks and still no response. I am cashing out 100% of funds and will never play here again for the simple fact that if something were to happen to my account or I need assistance, support will not be available for me. It just goes to show how little Pokerstars cares for its customers. Sad times. gg stars

Wow, how have they slipped? My wife also made a deposit this morning and got her account restricted immediately. No response on mail, pokerstars forum not twitter. I wonder if filing a complaint through Belgian gaming comission would lead to the redaction of their license? Of course we could always go to the brick casino affiliated with them (a necessary requirement to get a license for poker in Belgium).

This seems unlikely. It is more likely that PokerStars will just act faster on your concern/issue.

We'll see, for the time being they're quiet on all channels we tried to contact them. Where is the time you just had a little 5 minute chat and all was resolved?

Imagine if you contacted your bank and they took 2 weeks to respond to 1 email..?

This is a joke. Someone f'ed up on their end, everyone is suffering. Seeing reports of 2-3 months without a reply.

Well, they reinstated her account this morning, so that went reasonably fast according to other stories here but still a lot slower than we're used to from PS.

PokerStars have shut down their global support offices in Costa Rica, London and Sydney over the last 3 years -

Maybe that has something to do with their current tardiness?

Hello guys, I have been frozen for 28 days. I do not have an answer either and I'll stop sending you email. This situation is already boring.

Well, I haven't received any of your emails, but I'm glad you're going to stop sending them, because none of us can help you. You should email Stars instead.

on the 12th it will be a full month. i am not the only victim in this situation, countless others waiting a month+. full on incompetence by stars support to let this happen to their players. the worst part is none of us have any recourse for any of this. whatever, almost seems useless to keep posting about it, hopefully we can just get some awareness for players so they realize what kind of company pokerstars has become.

plappaslappa,

Sorry that you feel like that, but you're just going to have to be patient and wait. There's nothing you can do here any more.

After Amaya took over this company it has changed for nothing but the worst for lot of players.(not all).

I use to rave about stars and have been waiting for 9 yrs to return to the US soil but I am no longer excited or care from the way they are handling their customers.

Stars is just a rich site with lot of money but no customer service in integrity.

Good riddance.

Experiencing the same. Tried to login 6 days ago and got message saying my account is frozen, and no reply to my emails except automated replies. Very disappointed that they are not dealing with this urgently, just looks like I have to continue to wait until they reply.

+1

I havenīt played online for quite a while, so Iīm a losing player these days. Whatīs more, I did play quite a bit of Tempest on the day that Pokerstars let me play and this game may be fun, but itīs also a massive rake trap. Donīt care whether Iīm winning or losing anyway, just trying to have some fun pissing away a modest amount of money.

I guess I tick all the boxes when it comes to the kind of player you want to freeze out of playing on your site for no ****ing reason.

WTF?

Iīm only guessing here, but I may (?) have raised red flags by jumping straight into 5-tabling (table cap for ring games + 1 table of zoom) for something like 4 hours straight after a 1 year hiatus? Then again, I did lose quite a bit of my deposit ...

Quick update: The issue regarding the freezing of my account was resolved within 10 days or so, which is terrible customer service in itīs own right, but Pokerstars also ****ed up by excluding me from playing for a month when I only chose a self-exclusion for 12 hours. I tilted a bit yesterday, so once more I chose to exlude myself from playing for 12 hours and "obviously" my account has been frozen again. At this point, Iīm guessing that the "freezing" of my account is actually a software bug related to the self exclusion tool.

I never thought Iīd see the day where I have to witness this level of customer service/incompetence while dealing with Pokerstars, but I guess I was mistaken.

When I made a deposit two weeks ago, I could talk to Live Chat and they set it up for me right away. Now that I need to make a withdrawal, Live Chat is nowhere to be found. What happened?
