Well thats exactly my issue..the way they treated me after even more than 10 years is disgusting. I actually have little or 0 connection with sports and casino, have been a steady 4-5bb/100hands winner, made little deposits and had a big mouth when they froze me 2 times within 6 months for same reason so I guess this made me a big candidate for account closure.
The nasty thing is that as bad, ignorant and profit hungry PS are these days, the other sites I find to be even worse. I mean after my issue with them I moved to 888 where honestly everything is horrible. No rake back, server issues, super bad support, bonus changes they made are hilarious, no traffic etc.
I hoped to never get to say this but online poker is steadily going down and I see no light at the end of the tunnel.

I feel aggrieved by the fact that they DONT let me use their services after paying huge amounts in rake, after never doing anything illegal and besides also not telling me THE EXACT REASON I GOT BANNED, especially after them giving me back my funds, making it clear they had no reason to take me out except for bad mouth. Now is this a solid reason to get banned u THINK?
If you`d have read a few posts before you would have seen that I mentioned in my country there are only 3 regulated sites..PS, 888 (no rake back, no traffic) and unibet (no hud, no traffic) so I honestly see no reason for u to intervene with no reason.
