Hello guys, posting here to ask for some advice about my frozen account issue on PokerStars.

My pokerstars account is AngryWolf2.0

background: I played for about one year on PokerStars, I played a lot of tournaments, but one week ago I won my first big prize, I won about 8k on a winter series event. When I tried to cash out I received an email of PokerStars asking me some documents to verify my identity, I think that was weird because I already sent that documents before, but I sent all documents again.
After that I received this email:

We would also like to ask you to please expand your answer; an answer, as they are not enough; Provide specific details about their names and their relationship with you. In addition, we kindly ask you to answer the following questions:

- Have you accessed the accounts before being someone other than the registered owner?

- Have you ever accessed or played in a Star account other than yours? If so, please provide details.

- Have you allowed someone else to use your account? If so, please provide details.

Do you have any other information that you would like you to take into account?

Integrity in the game of stars
and my account was frozen.

I sent an email explaining they that these two accounts are from my brothers and I never play with that accounts, I always played with my account, and the only thing that could confuse them is that we play on the same household, but never played same sits or cash table.

I'm waiting for a response for about one week and I'm worried about what will happen with my account and my funds, also my brother's accounts was frozen too, and they explain the same as me.

The last thing that I can add is that all accounts are fully verified.

Thanks.

If you and your brothers have not broken any rules, then you'll be fine. It just takes time for the security team to give your account a clean bill of health, so you need to be patient.

I'd hope and expect this thread to have the word "[resolved]" added to it within a week. Congrats on the win!

I am going to go out on a limb and take the over on 0.5 "brothers" having an issue with Pokerstars, although good chance we will not hear back from the OP as well (about 50/50 on that).

Waiting a week for responses from PokerStars used to be unusual, but your best course here is to just chase them and follow up from them. If you disagree with their decision, you can of course just appeal it.

why the account s username who posted above me does not match the account of the first post?
why the title of thread is not update to "resolved"?

Because it was made by someone else and was in response to the OP's post.

Because the OP has not updated his OP and therefore we do not know whether or not whatever problem he had has been resolved.

(Before you ask, OP can be short for either Opening Poster and Opening Post, depending on the context, and avoids someone having the hassle and saves the time of writing Opening Poster or Opening Post in full.)
