I just had the same thing happening to me. I received the email about business risk assessments. However I was lucky enough to receive my funds back in less than a week. I am still looking into the reasons why they banned me since the only info they provided was reason 3 of the ToS, Authority. They basically are stating that they decided to close my account because they have the authority to do so. This sounds ridiculously like sports betting website when you are winning player.
I play SnGs and MTTs, I have been very profitable but don't gamble with my roll, haven't deposited in years and don't provide much rake. I wonder if that might be sufficient reasons for them to decide I'm not a suitable customer. I will do my own post once I receive more info from them, if I don't receive any news, I just might create a post still.
