The reason why the want your bank statement is to confirm no money was taken from your account. So why don't you want to send them this is VERY confusing.
Since no money was taken from your account because payment process error like "chargebacks", "wrong information on echeck", or "whatever reason", your Stars account now has negative balance.
This is why is got blocked.
So if you want to get your account back, you will need to pay Stars the money you owe them.
HOWEVER if you can show a bank statement CLEARLY showing that the money WAS taken from your account and not later returned to it, THEN AND ONLY THEN will Stars start a payment process investigation.
So again, super simple case that could have been resolved in hours. You keep talking about "invoices" that you demand that they send you. This is not how it works with "chargebacks" or payment process errors. Pokerstars have clearly shown you the transactions that was the reason for the now negative balance on your account. This is your invoice if you want to call it that. Now pay what you owe and that's it.
