The reason why the want your bank statement is to confirm no money was taken from your account. So why don't you want to send them this is VERY confusing.
Since no money was taken from your account because payment process error like "chargebacks", "wrong information on echeck", or "whatever reason", your Stars account now has negative balance.
This is why is got blocked.
So if you want to get your account back, you will need to pay Stars the money you owe them.

HOWEVER if you can show a bank statement CLEARLY showing that the money WAS taken from your account and not later returned to it, THEN AND ONLY THEN will Stars start a payment process investigation.

So again, super simple case that could have been resolved in hours. You keep talking about "invoices" that you demand that they send you. This is not how it works with "chargebacks" or payment process errors. Pokerstars have clearly shown you the transactions that was the reason for the now negative balance on your account. This is your invoice if you want to call it that. Now pay what you owe and that's it.

I can't believe people are on the side of a large greedy corporation like PS who is making billions from crazy rake, and giving so little back to the players. The amount of rake PS generates is very disproportional to the value they are offering. I'm actually appalled that certain people are being such puppets for them, it's as if they work for Pokerstars. I got question about Pokerstars casino account.

At this point I can explain that this is casino ambitions and nothing else.
Casino same time put restrictions on the account. Tourney tickets expired, cause of it. Access blocked until negative balance.
This situation happened after I did 5 deposits from checking account using visa card. I received 5 receipts from casino that transaction approved and verified. Deposits were added to the account balance. All information I provided is correct and true. Only after some days I figure out that transactions didn't go through and I don't know why so. I think that there were mistake by third party (casino payment processor or my bank).
Casino later provided me records where I indicated my account number doesn't match, however they blocked until account until I'll pay. I got emails(receipts) that "verified and approved" and it takes some time after you submit deposit. I don't know where is my fault in that situation.
Well, I didn't win from that deposits and as a business casino failed to get money, both got risks.
