Pokersite Suggestions? Where should I play? (ROW/Outside of US) - Page 7 - Internet Poker

Without going into detail, one of my friends did something horrendously dumb which resulted in getting his account on FT suspended. Because I had logged into my account on his computer before, my account also got suspended as it was considered "associated" with his by FT. Anyways, he won't be fixing his problem in the foreseeable future, so as long as he is suspended, so am I.

Instead, I'll be moving my money to a different site, but I haven't decided which. I play pretty much exclusively full ring .05/.10 and don't really multitable (only 2 or 3 at once at most). I virtually never play SNGs or MTTs.

Being a guy with a very small bank roll playing small stakes, where should I start playing instead of FT?

why not get into it. you don't play big games and i'm curious why they would lock your account. you can cliff's us.

Quick summary: My friend started getting weird charges on his CC shortly after making a deposit to FT. Not knowing what they were, he had the card canceled and all of the most recent charges stopped. The bank ended up including the FT deposit in that.

So his bank puts a stop on the payment, but friend had already gambled the deposit away (he's a terrible player). So now my friend owes FT money, but he is irrationally convinced that FT causes the other CC problems, and is afraid that in the process of trying to fix it, it would cost him even more money.

End result, I can't play on FT until my friend who owes FT money pays up.

OP still hasn't answered the most important question, unless I missed it - US or no. Always amazes me how many people will give advice without knowing the answer to this, as it's the most important factor in deciding where to play. I guess everyone's assuming he is US, which is probably true.

I can't see that playing Stars would be a dreadful choice wherever he is from. RB is not really going to be a major consideration here so playing the biggest and probably best site can't be too much of an error.

Playing 10NL on Pokerstars is a stupid thing to do. Only get a VPP when the pot reached 80 big blinds?

Cake or AP seems to be the best options (you wont get superusered at the 10NL probably)

Playing 10NL and not raking a lot of money for AP I would say screw principles.

Reconsider if you want Cereus earning money from your play there when you rake $1000+/month imo.

Rakeback at 10nl won't amount to much, but think about their VIP program as he moves up. Rakeback beats VIP @ 25nl & 50nl. Hell even 100nl if OP only plays 2-3 tables at once.

The RB won't be much, but neither will be the profit from playing 10NL. In the end, RB is more +EV to the players BR than some measly VIP program.

That doesn't make a lot of sense. If someone isn't raking much and thus not getting a lot back, there's all the less reason to play at an ultra-shady site to get a better deal. Also, the deal there isn't nearly as good right now as Cereus has changed the deductions and is messing them up.

What kind of multitabling? If you're talking double-digit tables, your choices will be limited somewhat by traffic.

Either way, I'd try some kickback whoring to try out different networks and see which ones you like. If you're unfamiliar with kickback bonuses, I'd recommend searching the term in the Internet Bonuses forum.

hey ,

ive bin playin poker for about 8 mnth but onli really bin playin live (with friends , local tournements etc )

and now im looking to invest sum time and muney into online poker......
i am looking for the best online poker venue to deposit $200
so i can finaly start the grind and try n make myself an income

but with so many sites and people tellin me tht certain sites are really bad for "bad beats " i am strugglin for which one to deposit at

I personally find them better then PS or PP. There software looks better.
