It should be noted that Eddie Gravalese has contacted the offices of PokerMania after he was also ripped off by Brian Moon and his associate Pete.

Mr Gravalese has negotiated a settlement figure to satisfy the debt that was owed, and has followed through in his word with satisfying that debt.

There are no hard feeling with Mr Gravalese from the offices of Pokermania

thank you

Can you please be more specific about the details of this debt with Mr Gravelese?
Does he owe pokermania?
Or does pokermania owe him?

Also how long has Eddie Gravelese been owed, or owed, this amount, and what amount is it?

Would you guys mind repaying me the 10k I deposited directly onto the site before it shut down. This has nothing to do with agents or debt between the site and its agents. I deposited it onto the site and it should be returned by the site.

I am still owed a figure on top of this from two separate agents aside from this, but i do not hold the site liable for those figures. I have a wedding to pay for this year, and having my money returned would be extremely useful.

Ah the memories of poker dominica and fran. Whenever a site uses mavens its always a crap shoot imo. Did they really have 3900 players. Hiring props to fleece any fish also sounds like an appealing place to play.

Not to defend this site, but hiring props for a new poker room, digital or brick and mortar, is completely standard. I would wager that damned near every place you currently play has at one time or another, employed prop players to help build the initial action.

Bumping this thread to update that I was paid $9,600 by Scotter yesterday to settle the debt mentioned earlier in this thread from a bitcoin deposit I made onto site. Scotter's views haven't changed regarding the liability of the debt ( which he believes to be the responsibility of my agent ), but he opted to resolve this issue in good faith, which I appreciate.

Eric ( ChipsAhoya ) and I are still owed an outstanding balance by our agent, that I personally don't hold anybody other than my agent accountable for. I'm dividing the payment Scotter made to me with Eric to lesson both of our damages.

This happened very recently, and a few conversations need to be had prior to the release of further information. Eric has a more thorough account of the bookkeeping, but I thought it was appropriate to update with this payment for now. Gl guys

Scotter Clark has opened a new paypal/BTC site using mavens software called bigdog poker. This opened Jan 1st 2020, I wouldn't be surprised if you were paid with funds from bigdog one way or another.

The site runs with an affiliate system, but a centralized cashier under Scotter Clark and his partners control.

They have started banning/freezing the accounts of all the winning high stakes regulars and holding their balances hostage. Some have been told they were "suspected of cheating" or "winning too much"

The payouts they have been making to multiple people in this situation are miniscule on the balances owed.

The TOS for the site clearly states that balances will be paid to all players with frozen accounts. No matter what, even if they are suspected of cheating or doing something against the TOS.

My account has been frozen also, and I am owed 5 figures for more than 40 days now.

Oh, the person in charge of my "frozen" bigdog account is Scotter Clark, I have to call him any time I want to find out anything about the process.

My buddy had been getting pms about joining Big Dog Poker. He asked one simple question, and that was is Scooter Clark invested in the company or a owner?

Instead of answering he was blocked from group and post deleted. I mean if he is I go the other way, simple as that. He ran a pyramid scheme on Poker Mania, affiliates had to pay to bring players onto their site.

Some players were paid their balances MOST we left holding the bag. There was a player named Hater who played some rouge site which is no longer called 64spades. Funny enough that was his name when he played on poker mania could be a coincidence. Or as I suspected early on he was part of the operation at 64spades.

Honestly don't know who to trust in the online unregulated market. Ex owner/partner of 64 spades moves on and starts his own club on poker bros. Which i assume alot of these people do after failing or screwing players on pppoker.

You never know who is behind the scenes that you are trusting your money with.
