I am the Head of Poker at PokerLoco and also a poker player and a long time user of 2+2 forums.
As you know we don´t have a UK license at the moment, however you should still be able to login to our website (not the software) and cahout via our Cashier
Please send me a PM with your PokerLoco Username and i will help you trough the process.
Although we have left the UK market, all other markets are working as usual and your money is perfectly safe and can be withdrawn at any time .
As you can imagine there has been a slight backlog in Customer Service following the entry of the new regulation.
All UK players were/are being refunded trough normal cashout process at the moment.
