merge has the best mtt schedule for all stakes period i've been looking over the networks lately, Kahn your posts in this thread have been on point as usual, hats off to you sir, i rake 1/k a month on carbon prob will be switching to PH due to the current 11 week!!! withdrawls on carbon and prob other merge skins, will repost with how the deposits and stuff go

(PH was very positively reccomended by another reg on merge)

I've really been happy w/my PH experience for a few reasons: 1) P2P transfers- only skin on Merge to do so afaik. This is key for a low-stakes part time grinder like myself who wants to be able to access smaller amounts of money on a regular basis. 2) Live support via phone or chat 24 hours is such a nice security blanket, esp for US players. 3) VIP points accumulate lifetime. 4) merge only network available for US to play triple draw/badugi.

I agree with this sucking. Other merge sights allow hawaii. Can we get a response from PH on why? Or maybe to relook the policy soon?

I already spoke to them about it. It's not going to be changed any time soon.

I wonder how quick the cashouts will be when every grinder on 2+2 and elsewhere moves there. I always thought the speedy cashouts were due to the skin having less players than carbon and others. It just makes me wonder how they can do it so fast but carbon cannot. Always figured less of them to process. Hopefully it doesn't slow down.

I'm pretty much convinced in switching to PH in a month when I get my first few checks from Carbon as I'm primarily grinding MTT's now. I only see upsides with their cash outs being faster and same mtt schedule. I have a couple questions though.

1) How long has PH been around and is their track record pretty clean?

2) How long is "long-term" for US checks? 3 months? 1/2 year? 1 year?

3) What's the max cash out for WU?

4) Does PH have the same Tournament LB as Carbon?

1) Years. PokerHost's track record is clean. I can't say the same for the company that operates their cashier. Nor can I say that for Jazette who operates Carbon and Aced's. However, in both instances, the poker side of both businesses has always paid.

2) There is no way to know this. One's best bet is to be an active, good customer. I'd play on a year though...

3) 850 for 75 fee

4) No leaderboards. Not MTT, nor SNG LB are offered.

Just like every other US facing site. There is a tradeoff to be made. To play here vs Carbon and Aced is fine. But for them to offer such fast payouts, they pay more, as evidenced by some of the costs passed on to players. This presumably comes out of the promotional budget, since they run few promos.

It's a good spot for some types of players for sure.

Check the cashier page on Mondays for full withdraw options after you have been a player on (PH) awhile
Because cashier options change from Friday evening to Sunday evening

Because it's true. PH does not offer the SNG nor MTT leaderboards.

Did anyone else have their s/n change when they joined? I created a screen name which was accepted and seems to be the correct screen name...however when I play there are 2 #s that were added to it? I dont mind it, just when transferring funds etc I want to make sure it gets sent to my correct name whether it be the one with the 2 #s added, or the regular account ID without the 2 #s.
