why did you recently massivly increase clearance rates for bonuses?

You should stick with the old system IMO

Ive been playing there for two months now, and I have not seen an increase in clearance rate. My bonus clears via raked hands, instead of loyalty points, so maybe thats the change you are talking about?

PokerHost has been under new management quite a few years now. That issue gotta be from when Pokerhost was on Dobrosoft. Since then Pokerhost has been also on the Tribecca network, and the last 2 years we have been on Microgaming

What happend was that we implemented the Loyalty Point system, and the idea was to base all bonuses on LPs instead of Raked Hands. This means that the clearance rates can be both better and worse than the old one, depending on what you play.

I have been playing a fair bit on pokerhost and recieved a couple of reloads via my affilate and have been happy with them (although lack of games during the aussie day is a huge problem for me at microgaming).

However the new LP system if applied to new reloads I am offered will mean I can't play at pokerhost anymore. You are correct that high limit players will be better off with this system, but I would say 80%+ of your player base will be significantly worse off and not that it effects me but the players at really low limits can't clear it at all now!

In the current online poker enviroment you have to play at a site with a good offer and if your loyalty points system for clearing bonuses is your "good offer" people should really look elsewhere.

We work with a lot of different affiliates, the reason you might have an affiliate code preselected while signing up can be because we also use that to track our online advertising.

Well here is my go at being contructive.

Microgaming 30% rb + store overlay is pretty easy to find so you would be a fool to play at microgaming site without this unless you were getting an offer which exceeded this.

This creates a problem for you as it is only worth playing at pokerhost while you have a bonus running otherwise you need to move elsewhere.

With your bonus changes for the bulk of players they will be much better off taking the rb + store overlay offers than clearing a bonus.

If you want play loyality you need to give them something to be loyal for. Maybe bottomless reloads, maybe a loyalty system. I don't know exactly what your able to do but you need to match/beat other sites for value to attract the high volume players.

I liked your big bonuses but you shouldn't make them match, make them like 500% because say it is 100% match up to $1000 and I only need 400 to play or something I immediatly withdraw the other 600 which ends up costing the site in deposit fees, but what can i do?

At the moment I can't see why a player would play at your site without a bonus?

I also think the "we are better because we care" tag is a little odd. I am not really sure how that matches up again other slogans but I found it kind of strange you had to say it.

I agree. We are on the microgaming network, same as doyles, eurolix and unibet to name a few... So when you create your account with us, it might already have been taken in the network, and you will have to use another Alias than your username.

I appreciate your opinions, and believe you got some nice points. About reloads, we do run reloads every once in a while and I'm sure we will see more of that in the future.
But we also run other promotions for our loyal players, starting August 1, we will have a Loyalty Point Race, ending with a Grand Finale for 100 players competing for 6 EPT and WPT Packages.

I have signed up at Pokerhost, but havent deposited yet, because I wasnt sure if you offered rakeback. If you do offer rakeback , do you use contributed or dealt method?
