Henrick. COuld you get some 5 man 3 palces paid tourneys. You have a few But not many cash amount s or choice levels.

These are extremly profitable.Pacfic poker used make a fortune off them. They are fast. alos which equals more profit per hour for you. And have some differnt tiem levels. Extreme turbo isnt for everyone.

I have been a pokerhost player since it was in beta. Over the past few years I have made several nice withdrawls. My question is--will I have to make another deposit in order to make anymore withdrawls if by chance I am able to build a nice little stash off of the freerolls?

Hi everyone, my name is magnus and I am the GM for pokerhost, I just wanted to take some time to answer this questions as it is very important for us to let you players know how we handle your money. Any pokerroom worth its name should have the players funds totally separated from company funds. At pokerhost the players money are in a separate bankaccount which is required of us in order to get our EU license. These funds cant be used in any other way other then to pay back to the players. What happened with Tusk was that they were not protecting players money and probably used the money to cover their operational costs, and in conjunction with to much rakeback resulted in a disaster. Because if you average around 70% in RB there is no way in H ...... that you can make a profit as an operator. This is NOT the case with Pokerhost. I be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Hi all i am new to 2plus2 but i have some thoughts on Poker Host.First of all does any1 know why Poker Host has been hiring and firing so many affiliate managers and general managers.Henrik is no longer with Poker Host and i cannot find out why.I have been a affiliate at Poker Host for awhile now and have seen so many changes with affiliate mamangers that it makes me wonder what the heck is going on.Has any other affiliates had any problems with Poker Host about their affiliate pay and so on,lets keep it real all poker sites can rip off their affiliates and there is nothing any of us can do about it plain and simple, they are there to make money and anyway they can they will.It is very easy for them to rig the affiliate stats and thus pay affiliates less then what they really should have been paid, does any1 have any thoughts on this matter

Yes, gtfo.

But seriously, just ask a couple of your players to see if the rake stats match up with their HM stats or something. If the site uses dealt rake it should work out (this isn't the case at PokerHost, but still...). I've never heard of PokerHost scamming anyone fwiw.

Hello, my name is Sherry and I work in the affiliate department for Pokerhost.com for over 3 years now. I would like to clarify some issues here. First: Henrik was not fired; he decided to leave on his own for some personal reasons. Second: the system we have to pay our affiliates is the same for many years; this past month when we paid our affiliates, I did not receive not one complain from any affiliate towards their payment. I have been the affiliate manager assistant for years and if an affiliate was concern or had any inquires due to their payment they could have sent us an email to affiliates@pokerhost.com or to Henrik’s email and I would have received it.

Please for any of our affiliates that have any questions you can contact me at any time and I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

Thanks,

Sherry White

I see that you are from Canada. The best option for you to deposit or withdraw your funds would be MoneyBookers or our newest option which is Pic Club.

I used to play at pokerhost all the time. In fact, I was an affiliate.

Then I found out they have a $75 fee if you want a check. So it was peace out Pokerhost. I took my money and went elsewhere.

Hi guys,

Hope this is the place to post this.

I'm the marketing manager for PokerHost.com, and we are organizing a new promotion for all poker freaks.

The promotion will give out a chance to go to Vegas to a WSOP event for you and 9 friends. The idea is to set 10 player leagues, where every league is to compete against each other in 8 tournaments in total. Each tournament will have a $10 buy in ($5 if prepaid) per player. This will work like a leaderboard like tourney, each player will get points depending on the position they end up in each tourney and those points will add up to their league. At the end of the 8 tourneys, The top league will win 10 passes to the WSOP.

More details will be posted very soon, but if you guys have any questions or comments please let me know.

Thanks,

Mark Hetz

when are you guys going to open back up to US players (all states)? I used to play on your site, won the rake hand race, but couldn't compete for a WPT seat because you stopped taking US players.

Are you going to change networks to allow US players?

If you guys would give me back the EV I lost due to missing out on the WPT seat like bigpenguin mentioned, I might be interested in this.

Hey guys,

About the US player, all I can say for now is that we are preparing to be in a new platform that accepts ALL US players (but KY I believe) I can't give you much details for now, but as soon as I know, I will definitely let you know.

As far as the WPT situation, you have to understand it was out of our hands, Microgaming made a decision that affected all of us, even if we didn't want to. However, I'm sure we could work something out.

Mark
