Hi,
has anyone here made experience with the russian room Pokerdom?
I didn't find any reviews. I am looking for a non rigged new room to grind up a bankroll.
I don't trust stars, party, bwin, ipoker 888 etc.

Also I am open for suggestions to other rooms that seem to have a nice legit rng, and are owned by trustworthy people.

Thanks in advance.

This makes it easier to read, you should use paragraphs next time.

Good luck though, there does have to be at least one site that does not cheat it's players, I am just not sure if this is the site?

Just like any other potential new site , play the freerolls and see if you like it.

IIRC the casino group that Pokerdom is attached to used to use (still does?) fake versions of software developed by reputable software developers.

I dont understand? Do you recomend me to withdraw money? I understand that good cards not always win in poker, but at PokerDom any logic dont exist! Guy call my isolation with j2s,i hit top pair at flop,we go allin,he hit flush at turn.Next hand same guy,i hit straight with T9s ,he hit higher straight with ATo(guy who limp 100% of hands by the way). Also few hands later i iso guy with KK,he call with A4s and hit trips at river. And that **** continues...

I'm not sure what you need answered or why you need anyone's advice. If you think it's rigged, why would you continue to play there?

Hello community.

I will post here in order to protect your members and players and the whole poker community and give information about the fraud behaviour of Pokerdom.

Pokerdom is not releasing my money from the account, giving fabricated reasons, in order to gather more data from me as a player and work with the funds.
The amount is pretty irrelevant.
I am a high stakes player and tested the site on small stakes cg and mtts for some weeks to get an idea, if I want to continue playing there on the highest stakes, risk depositing money.

Here is the conversation with the support in chronological order.

- Asking the support which data the needed in order to fully verify the account and being able to make cash-ins and cash-outs.
- Uploading the necessary data (passport // address and email verification)
- Received the official email that my account is "fully" verified picture here:

- Once I wanted to cash out the software asked me to also verify my phone number. This is in line with their terms and conditions, but in contrast to the prior email that confirmed my account being verified to the fullest.
- Phone was verified through a software field (typing in the last 4 digits of a received call)
- Software gave a few errors, although the digits were correct.
- Software accepted the verification digits after various attempts.
- Software leads me onto the same landing page again where I have to verify the phone number again, after trying to withdrawal the money.
- Contacting support, that asks for a screenshot of my phone provider that shows name and number. (Very suspicious)
(Notice here that the account was already "fully" verified to "fully" use the website) So the verification confirmation email is a lie.
- Verified the phone number via screenshot.
- Get the email that the account is now fully verified. (Sarcasm included)
- Cash out again to the deposit method (crypto/ETH)
- Get a positive software feedback
- Get an Error email (contact support)
- Support asks me to use a different gateway, which means vendor//payment method in their world.
- They try to sneak me onto the credit card method, and ask me to do another verification process send them a picture of my cc that shows first and last digits, ccv etc.

Now after investigating online, I found out that this whole Pokerdom scam behavior is constantly being used on players no matter which deposit or cash out method they use!
Pokerdom always claims that they have "technical issues" no matter which method you use.
So it makes no sense at all to use another method. The only purpose for them to ask you to go through a new verification process is to give them more data, time and a new base to move on in their fraud spiral that they walk through.
It is very likely that once I verify my credit card, they will demand another deposit.

I don't need any help here. I am now going to have the lawyer team of my family open a public court case in partnership with the general prosecutor of Russia. At the same time a private lien case will be opened at the HC London, and the owner of Pokerdom will be held liable in privacy for actions against my natural person.
A damage compensation contract has been signed and send to the support of pokerdom and every employee involved in the sammery behaviour will be held responsible for their actions.
I gave them an ultimatum until 19:00 to tranffer the funds inorder to avoid the consequenses.

This posting is made to warn people and poker players / community that don't have my financial and options.
This will be published in various online platforms that deal with the name of Pokerdom.

EDIT:

today I got an email that I can now withdrawl my funds with crypto.
(Their fake technical issues have been resolved)..what a surprise.
Stay away from this site!

EDIT:
After sending a complaint to the eGaming commission in Curacao, I was told in a reply, that Pokerdom has no eGaming license at this point in time.
They might had it in the past, but not today.
The Russian site still shows an eGaming symbol. It can by found by typing "Pokerdom license" into the google search.
Also many affiliates promote Pokerdom as licensed by Curacao.

Here is what eGaming commission replied in the email:
Quote:
[...] However in this case, CEG ( Curacao eGaming ) cannot offer ICHS ( Intermediary Complaint Handling Service ) free of charge and/or without prior engagement. CEG has determined that it has not been authorized to make any determinations in this case, as the potential complaint pertains to an IP operator that exists outside of the CEG-Ecosystem. The brand, as meant in article 1(i), CCRG 2022:

(1) may be regulated by a license holder, other than CEG; or

(2) may have in the past been regulated by CEG, however not at the time the said message was received and/or the operator engaged with another license holder without proper deboarding with CEG; or

(3) may be unregulated and it is offered as a falsification as meant in article 2(s), CCRG 2022 of an original under the false appearance that it has obtained the rights from the license holder or any third party to do so, such as however not limited to breach of intellectual property rights and the use of a facsimile aimed at creating the false appearance of being the original; or

(4) may be unregulated as meant in article 2(a), CCRG 2022.

In order to check/re verify whether an IP Operator is regulated by CEG, please use CEGÂ’s licensee register: https://www.curacao-egaming.com/publ...s/authenticity
[...]
Quote end.

In the link people can check if a website has a license with eGaming. If links are not allowed, please delete. But as this is about fraud, and proof and this link is an official link by a commission it might qualify for an exception.

If Pokerdom is licensed by eGaming, as many affiliates say, then they might want to post here and correct the misunderstanding, or bring a proof of a different license, so I can evaluate the written content.
