I've been on a hot streak lately. My doomswitch finally got turned off so pokerbros is no longer rigged!!!

(aka it was never rigged and it was just an unfortunate bout of usual variance)

I just got an update to the app and now you get a daily login bonus of play money and a daily spin where you can win time banks, emotes, rabbit hunts or gems. You can also spin the wheel again for 199 play chips if you don't want to wait another 24 hrs.

They probably wanted to make more user friendly for play money since legally thats what its supposed to be.

Quick Seat no longer works with the new update. Now, it's so hard to get a table.

Anyone know a way to fix this?

The whole point of the app is to play for real money. But I guess it costs them little to implement features to improve the play money experience so they may as well diversify their potential revenue streams.

No, to the police the official stance is that the app is for play money.

What we happen to use it for has nothing to do with PokerBros.

So yes, that's exactly what the update will be for.

Is anyone winning a substantial amount on Pokerbros over 50k+ hands? Jonathan Little recently stated that he knows some big online winners who can't win on the apps. Personally I've done very well on the major sites over the years, but couldn't win on UPoker or PPPoker. On UPoker particularly it just seemed that after I started to win a substantial amount, I then went on a massive downswing where absolutely nothing seemed to work. This was over 40k hands and could be variance, but has been far more brutal than anything I've encountered since first playing online in 2000.

The thing about the apps you need to understand is that your experience with regards to cheating/collusion will be very club/agent/union specific. I've logged a decent sample of hands and have not seen 1 bot and not 1 instance of collusion. I've run a bit under EV over a microscopic sample but I can't call it collusion since I'd be down much much more in EV and probably not winning. It really just depends on who you play with.

I think he's talking about Triton Poker... Perkins mentioned, Jason Koon was "a good guy", and I don't think Koon is involved with the apps. as far as I know

Yes, but they generally aren't going to brag about it here for obvious reasons. Most of the pros I know who moved from Ignition to PokerBros are doing better on PB so far (but they all play lower than 10/20, so I can't speak to the quality or sustainability of the 10/20+ games; rake cap there is 1.5bbs which is obv a lot higher than most sites).

Hi everyone.

3rd of May myself and my friend got scammed for 13200$ by club in Pokerbros "Under The Gun" (CLUB ID: 574129) or/and by agent who is working under nickname "pppokeragent" in IG and FB, and @AgentTravis in Telegram.
He also has a site https://pokerclubs.online

Long story short:
Me and my friend started working with @AgentTravis in the beginning of April.
Everything been fine, until the day we found that our accounts were kicked from the club "Under The Gun".
I had 5700$ on my accounts, my friend had around 7500$.

Travis assured us, that we will get our money very soon and there is nothing to worry about.
I texted him a few times during the next few days and he said that the owner is buying Bitcoins and it will take some time.
Then I discovered, that there are players from other clubs that were also kicked, but they have already recieved their money.
I started to get worried and texted Travis again. At first he did not reply at all, but then he told us to wait again.
After a few days of waiting we decided that we need to push him a bit.
We told him that if we don't receive our money in three days we will publish the whole situtation on 2+2.

After this message we got banned everywhere: on IG and Telergram.

This guy is as a SCAM!

Please do everything you can to help spread the word.

1. My friend's chat the day that we got kicked from "Under the Gun":

Just set up an account on Pokerbros and running it through an emulator on my pc but can't figure out how to get more than one table running on the screen at once.

From glancing at this thread there is a way to play more than 1 table??

thanks for outing, doesnt look good.

couple of things:

russia, ukraine and singapore are officially banned from diamond union. all vpn usage is strictly forbidden in this union. this happend months ago and a good agent should know about this and not even let you play in the first place.
i assume from union site they just confiscated your money bc russian ip. you may not like that but it's their policy and it was communicated several times in the past.
if you have a good agent who has money he will see that this is his mistake and pay you (at the very least in part out of his own pocket)- doesn't look like this is the case for that guy.

so once again:

research people with whom you going to work on apps. how long are they around? how does their social media look like? do they have money to potentially pay you if something goes wrong? are they well known in the community? do you have mutual friends with the guy who can vouch and potentially hardvouch for integrity, etc

good luck in recovering your money but this looks to me like union confiscated and agent not willing to pay for his mistake/don't have money to pay for his mistake

I'm assuming these countries are banned because their players are known to nit and collude it up?

came here hoping to find some low to midstakes rake discussion but instead found only collusion/cheating and conspiracy theory posts. v dissapointed but not surprised I guess

I know pb has a set rake structure but clubs can edit their's by stake right? guess the best way to tell is just to look at the rake taken from an HH?

Cant say for sure but my guess is they had botting problem and then just say they eliminate those 3 countries. But just a guess. Singapore is abit odd while russia & ukraine is understandable

How can they ban them? Club/union owners have access to IP info?

Anyone have experience with both Diamond and Panamerican Unions? My club just moved from Panamerican to Diamond and as a non-depositor who is building up my bankroll from freerolls and microstakes, Panamerican seems better. They have smaller stakes games, more freerolls and I feel like the Latin/South American playerbase was really soft.

Honestly they should boot non depositors, IMO nits that contribute nothing to the poker ecosystem. And try to rub 2 pennies together to make a dollar.
