you actually have to claim the bonus by email to support@poker770.com and the email should contain your username and that you want to take advantage of the 2+2 offer.

As far as I am aware, the status points requirement should be listed in the terms and conditions of landing page for the offer, at least it used to be.

Regarding the casino bonus, it will only get transferred to the poker balance when the rollover requirement has been completed, otherwise the funds can only be used in the casino. Was the offer a pop up or did live chat mention it?

I saved the bonus screen when i signed up for the bonus. AS you can see , just plain old regular points700 and no mention at all of status points.

Sometimes when I join a table, my blind gets posted out of turn ie. the new 'wait for bb' option doesn't always work. This is very frustrating. Is this a known bug?

I emailed the relevant department.

Not that I know of, at least I didn't hear anyone complaining about it yet. Is this for the regular tables or the speed beta tables?

When I was transferred from Chilipoker to Poker 770, I was very skeptical about making a cashout after reading all the horror stories.

you get more cashback since you clear the first deposit bonus in $2 increments and still benefit from the normal bonuses of the VIP Club as you play. How much that would be obviously depends on the deposit amount as well as your real money activity and also defines the boost you get on top of your earned player points at the end of the month. More info about that boost can be found on the website under VIP Club -> Collect Points.

I heard that de reloadbonuses in the store are only available for casino-players and that pokerplayers cannot buy them with their points. So we have to buy the cashbonus which are way less attractive.

Is this true or can poker-players also buy the reloadbonusses?

I am not sure where you heard this, but those reload bonuses only exist for poker players. And if you are only playing in the casino games, you would not earn any Poker770 Points either to actually buy something in the store.

What is your screen name and are you trying to cash out the whole balance including the money you received via p2p? Also, is this your first withdrawal (in that case additional documents for verification are required) or did you cash out successfully before?
