How often do you update vip lvls on poker770? I mean if i play much is it any way to upgrade my vip lvl after reaching gold/platinum lvl or just after one month of playing?

This is incredible! I haven't yet been migrated from Chilipoker to Poker770. All I get is that the relevant department is working on it. Meanwhile, my bankroll is sitting in Chilipoker's account. I've requested a withdrawal, but I guess they'll say it's Poker770's job to work it out.

At what clearance rate are bonuses bought at shop cleared?
If there is a difference between bonuses i am interested specifically in $1,000 bonus.

yeah great bonus, thing is you need to withdraw sometimes no? they dont seem very good at that.

been emailing 770 for weeks to give me my chili bankroll and they always make excuses they have to check if the money was won legally or some bs. best thing is they claim on their website to process every cashout within 96 hours lol im waiting almost 3 weeks now.

im so disappointed that chili quietly walked away without informing peopple and left the their customers with 770 who hold on players rolls, kicks out affiliates, deletes players bonuses and stuff

I am also trying to get my money out of 770 since the 2nd of march!! I call them every day send them mails and everything and they just keep telling me to be patiant and that somebody in charge is gonna call me! 27 days to withdrawel what a joke!


Yesterday I cashed out on stars it was today on my account
As everybody said stars is the only site to play

I don't know from the top of my head but can find out, you definitely always see the clearing rate in your bonus cashier. Will let you know ASAP.

The bonus should be released in increments of $2 for each 150 player points earned.

I have to say that was the worst support and I would not recommend somebody to play there. I will for sure clear my account there and hope u guys do it too.
After posting it on 2+2 it took only 5 days!

It took me 5 weeks to get my loyalty bonus for playing on Chili in Feb.
But I'm still waiting for my roll, which supposedly is processed by Chiligaming and should arrive by the end of this week. One time baby!

The bankroll hasn't been moved, its withdrawal is supposed to be processed by Chili, only the bonus was processed by Poker770. Last email was sent to them Friday morning, still no answer. Maybe you can help with this, I'd be grateful.

I also had a loyalty bonus with Chili Poker and my balance was quickly transitioned over to Poker770. I also got the cashback from Poker770 that I made in february on Chili. However I did not get any money back this month.
So I contacted the support and they just tell me general things like I am sure we can offer you a generous deal or our team is working on loyalty deals.
On the Chili site it explicitly states that all loyalty bonuses will be provided by Poker770.
From how the support behaves and what I can read here and on other sites this does not necessarily seem to be the case at this point.
On Chili I could not use the points to buy anything from the shop because of my cashback deal. From what I have read other people had their points transitioned over to Poker770. So in my case but now they all disappeared, which of course would be totally fine when the deal stays the same. But is it not strange that that is done already where they do not give me one clue of wheter or not I will receive cashback from them.
Why can't one get a simple answer to a simple question. I want to know if my half cashback deal will be taken over by Poker770. Just be professional and make clear statements.

All the above concerned me a bit and after no contact to my affiliate stating whether im still on the same deal on 770 as i was on chili i figured (and he advised me) its time to move on so i try and make a withdrawal.

Fair enough they want usual sort of stuff but when i provide it i now get back a incompetent response possibly just delaying the whole matter or with no intention to pay out ? has anyone posted here had any of the above withdrawals come through since the migration ??

First email contained this, annoying but fairly standard stuff:

"In order to complete the transfer, our payment agent requires that you send us a copy of your identity card, a copy of a Utility Bill in your name (Phone Bill / Electricity Bill) issued in the last six months, as well as a copy of your bank statement.

i sent a copy of passport, recent water bill and a bank statement and get this response a few days later.

"We have received the documents and we thank you.

Seriously WTF it doesnt help that i seem to be on my worst downswing this year the last 48hours but all this just tilted the heck of me.

Have sent another email asking them WTF they are on and what exactly is missing when ive provided everything that was requested in the first email..............

About 20hours later now and no response....brilliant stuff.

I cannot use the PM feature, probably because I am new on here, but my username on Poker770 is also fitz05.

Also I made a transfer to my bank account 2 weeks ago which was approved but is still not there. Identity is verified.

I also cannot send money to other players on ipoker. A message appears that the information is not correct where I know for a fact it is because it is my brother!
