As far as I know this issue is finally resolved now. Rather than sending Poker770 a wire transfer I emailed support and asked if I could
simply deposit the amount owed to my poker account and then have them debit it out.
That's basically what we did; I deposited, then had to 'cashout' the money and they will just keep it at that point. So this way there
was no $30 fee lost due to sending a wire and it was easier for me (the wire transfer info they gave me was missing info, ex. bank
address, etc so when I went to my bank they couldn't even send it.....
)
Just thought Id let you know in case another customer is ever dealing with this problem.
