Hmm there should be no fees at all, I sent a message to support to get in touch with you about the missing $20.

Hello,

no you are eligible for the first deposit bonus either way, the free money is just something on top that you can use to check out the tables first. There are two different offers available in the first post at the moment, one with 7.70$ and the other with 10$ for Poker.

Oh, I just figured it was part of doing a wire transfer since I usually get E-Checks instead. Thanks though, I received an email from them saying I will get a credit in my account if I send them proof that I received less than what I cashed out (sent them a screenshot from my online bank showing the wire transfer amount, date, descriptor#)

Hello,

I participated in the cash machine bonus on november 11th an 12th. I deposited $50, sent an e-mail with the code just like the promotion page told me and collectied 20 points770, but I still didn't get my bonus even though everybody else got it.
There must be some kind of problem and I sent several e-mails and sent to the support also but I don't get any response.

Screenname: polliewollie

I'd appreciate it if you would check this out for me, the website guarantees answers within 30 minutes but I never had an answer from support (ever!) even it was just a stupid question or something so I don't expect them to answer now...

thank you

Hello,
I am in the same position as AA_fo_sho, participated in the CASH MACHINE promotion, collected the required points as outlined on first day (http://www.poker770.com/en/promotions/promo/348) and since then wrote to promotions and support about 5 emails the last days asking for the bonus. I received an automatic email responder (Case ID : 14864) but never any answer nor the money on my account.

Nickname: UBetterFoldNow

I also would appreciate to be looked into it, same here, never received any answer except that automatic email.
Maybe something is broken?

Thanks

Hello guys,

sorry for the delay, I was traveling the last few days and just noticed this. It usually takes a few business days after the end of a promotion before the bonuses are credited.

@AA_fo_sho: Have you also received the bonus by now similar to wolf2poker?

SOooooooooooooooo

2 1/2 months later and Im still have major issues with my withdrawal at this stupid site. After receiving my $110USD cashout payment of $90.77CND ($110USD = $112CND...), I posted in this thread and the Poker770 rep told me there are no wire transfer fees and said they would talk to support, etc etc.

I then received a 2nd payment equal to the first payment, the only problem was when I emailed Poker770 they repeatedly (as in 10+ emails) told me that WPS wire transfers are not from them and that I would receive one with the descriptor "Envoy Services LTD". They then said that by accident it was split into 2 chunks of $55...???

Since that I have received multiple phone calls (5+) everytime saying that they just want to make sure I got my money, I tell them I received money but not from Envoy Services, etc etc. They still claim it was split into 2 chunks of $55.

So 2 1/2 months later I receive an email (minus the phony greeting):

"Please be informed that after checking with our payment agent, we have noticed that due to a technical issue your bank account has been credited with the corresponding amount twice, as follows:

- On October, 26th, you have received CAD 90.77 with the following descriptor WPS-xxxxxxxxxxx
- On November, 3rd, you have received CAD 90.56 with the following descriptor WPS-xxxxxxxxxxx

Therefore, we kindly ask you to return us the second amount of CAD 90.56 by making us a deposit via Wire transfer using the following bank information:

UNITED KINGDOM Lloyds TSB London
Currency (GBP) Sterling
Account Name Envoy Services Limited .GB
Sort Code 30-00-09
Account Number 00018710
SWIFT LOYDGB2103"

So after all this I still get ****ed out of $20, hours wasted with bull**** emails and phone calls, and now have to go to my bank and send them a ****ing wire transfer.

Merry Christmas from Poker770, thanks guys you are the worst site Ive ever dealt with.

"Dear ___,
Thank you for your cooperation, we really appreciate it.
We also kindly ask you to accept our appologies, as the only reason why we are insisting on this matter is to make sure that your winnings are transferred to the right account."

"Please be reminded that the bank descriptor attached to these transactions is Envoy Services LTD."

"We are contacting you with regards to the fees you were charged for the cash-out transaction that you registered on our site, namely $110.00 via wire transfer.
Please be informed that Poker770 does not charge any banking fees from its customers."

"Please kindly note that our payment agent has informed us that while trying to transfer into your bank account the amount of $55, Poker770 has been debited twice this amount.
Therefore, we invite you to check your statement of account as there will two $55 transactions showing on it .......
Please be reminded that the bank descriptor attached to these transactions is Envoy Services LTD."

"Kindly be reminded that our bank descriptor that will appear next to
the transactions is Envoy Services LTD."

etc etc. Merry ***ing Christmas

Ok so they said that it was my bank that took the $20, fair enough even though it says Im charged $10 for incoming wire transfers (hmmm pokerstars deposits direct to my account without even $0.01 lost....)

The problem I see here is that they asked me to send back $90.56, but an outgoing wire transfer under $1,000 costs $30. So when they receive the $60.56 are they going to be hassling me saying I owe them $30? There's no way Im paying $30 in fees for their mistake.

Poker rep?

from my bank:

"WIRE PAYMENTS Applicable to both Canadian Dollar and U.S. Dollar Accounts
(in $CND)
Outgoing Wire Transfers
- $10,000 or less $30.00

- $10,000.01 to $50,000 $50.00
- over $50,000 $80.00
Incoming Wire Transfers $10.00"

Im sorry about the expletives in the previous 2 posts but I just woke up, just saw the email saying I owe them money now, and was not happy that this simple cashout has turned into a 2 1/2 month+ pain in the ***

Once again there is no way I am paying $30 in fees for their mistake. Im going to email support now and will post their answer.

So this is actually a non-depo bonus of 25$ with an 20% rakeback -deal for the next 350$ raked and and additional ~20% RB for the following raked 380$.

Are there any known software conflicts with the 770 client ? The client goes berzerk on my main grinding machine, which is an XP Home SP3. The software is unusably sluggish with CPU hovering around 50% indefinitely. I wasn't even able to create an account through there.
I also installed it on 3 other machines and didn't have any problems there. It's not the specs, as my 5yo desktop still has better specs than the netbook (W7S) and fileserver (XP Pro) on which I don't have problems.

Yes, you don't have to deposit and yet still get an additional bonus as you play. You can also take advantage of the first deposit bonus offer as well and earn more benefits through the VIP program.

Hmm not that I know of but I remember a problem with the 32 bit version under Windows 7, which didn't occur in the 64 bit version. Can you send me as many details as possible via PM and I will have the tech department look into it.

I sent you the case ID# (a day ago-ish) via PM. Thanks, I know you have nothing to do with this cluster-****, youre just here to help the players.

If there's any chance they want $90 worth of positive feedback and a happy customer instead of the $60 they'll receive once I wire money back let me know

I'll send the money as soon as I get around to it, which will at least be faster than they initially cashed out for me.

Got some questions about your VIP system:

Lets say I accumulate 60k points during january then next month I will receive 300k points right? How much points do get added when you play on a daily basis and if you deposit during the month? I haven't found any information about this as it just says on your website that you get a points boost.

Also do you get more points if you upgrade a level during the month or does the multiplier just change?

Thanks

Hello,

the Points Boost multiplier and VIP Level is always determined at the end of the month based on your activity throughout the month, if you have reached a higher VIP Level in the middle of the month it will automatically adjust.

The bonus points are always credited at the beginning of next month depending on how many player points you previously earned, that is correct. You can find the full overview on the website when you click on "VIP Club", the different tabs should have all the info you need. If you are missing any specific info, just drop me a PM

Also, today at 21.00 server time there is another Weekly Final for our Mega Poker Series live event and you can find more info here:
