Hello,

upon first withdrawal, you have to provide documents (a copy of your ID and a utility bill to verify your address) in order to fully verify the account before the withdrawal is getting processed. You should receive further instructions by email if not already happened, apologies for the delay but this is an important step in the security procedure.

If you don't hear back from support of the financial department, feel free to post your screen name here, so I can have someone look into it.

Best regards,

I haven't received any e-mail from Poker770, beside that one which confirmed that my withdrawal process should take up to 96 hours. And that's the reason for being pissed off. For 4 days my withdrawal request was at Pending Withdrawals.

That is the quote from http://www.poker770.com/en/faq :

• How can I withdraw my winnings?
Requests for withdrawals from your Poker770 account can be made at any time from the "Cashier" in the lobby, under the Withdrawal section.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been confirmed.
Allow 4 to 5 working days for your bank transfer to be credited to your bank account.

I don't understand why are You so dishonest, stating that this will take up to 48h, then up to 96h, and now I'm waiting 140h and nobody even asked me for ID or utility bill. Nobody even answered to the two e-mails I have sent to support@poker770.co.uk.

Do You think that's fair? Your online support is the best at saying: "Sorry for delays", "As soon as possible" etc. That's not what I'm expecting from professional poker room.

Anyway, I don't want to moan anymore, because I'm tired of that. Just want to take my money and get out of there.

Hello,

we are working on improving the time for the first withdrawal, however the security procedure is important to make sure the account is fully verified. All further withdrawals are definitely by far faster.

How is the rake calculated? Because it definitely isn't the "$0.01 for each $0.20 in the Pot" quoted at http://www.poker770.com/en/games-academy/poker-rules

Results: $10.70 pot ($0.71 rake)

IPoker, $0.02/$0.04 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #10886112

    MP: $1 (25 bb)
    Hero (CO): $10.51 (262.8 bb)
    BTN: $5 (125 bb)
    SB: $2.32 (58 bb)
    BB: $5.34 (133.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A A
MP folds, Hero raises to $0.12, 2 folds, BB raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $1.22, BB calls $0.82

    Flop: ($2.46) 3 J Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.84, BB raises to $4.12 and is all-in, Hero calls $2.28

    Turn: ($10.70) 5 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
    River: ($10.70) K (2 players, 1 is all-in)

    Results: $10.70 pot ($0.71 rake)
    Final Board: 3 J Q 5 K
    Hero mucked A A and won $9.99 ($4.65 net)
BB showed 7 8 and lost (-$5.34 net)

Thanks for the reply, they haven't told me anything yet regarding what went wrong. On (other site) I only had to tell them my Account#, Inst. #, and Transit # and the money was in my bank account in under 24 hours.

Ive sent Poker770 financial s all that + a TON more info that they "needed" and it wouldn't even go through? I don't know what's going on with them, I know its a small cash-out creating this whole situation but Im really glad it's only a small one and Im not waiting on $1000s. And they still haven't told me what even went wrong...

On a side note I was wondering why the Pokernews $25,000 GTD tournament costs $7.70 to enter (makes sense) but the rebuys cost $7.70 also (strange). Only $7.00 of the entry goes to the prize pool but what about the $0.70 per rebuy? Never seen that before, just curious.

    Hello there,

I will follow up again with support, no idea

    Regarding the PokerNews showdown:

The buy-in is 7.70 + 0.77, so the rebuy is correct with 7.70 and all of that goes to the prizepool.

Will you update http://www.poker770.com/en/games-academy/poker-rules and the help file in the software to reflect the actual rake taken? Both state "The rates vary from 0% to 5% of each total pot. We do not charge a rate if the hand ended before the 'flop' cards were dealt ( 'No flop no drop')." but it's 0.01$ per 0.15$ in the pot for some limits.

No it was definitely $7.00 + $0.70 for the initial buy-in + $7.70 per rebuy. I didnt end up playing but I did click REG and check since I was going to (had plans I couldnt miss IF i went deep lol). It's all good though I was just wondering why it was like that since Ive never seen that before. This is a pic of the initial buyin (rebuys were $7.70 as well):

    http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/6286/aaaki.png

Also when I first looked and there were 193 registered, the "Total Buy-Ins" equaled = $1351 not $1486.10. Just wondering?

    request registered on our site.

After consulting with your Department in charge, we wish to assure you

    delay of 10 working days.

Also, we kindly ask you to check your bank account these next days as

The "bonus" requires a play through to get unlocked (basically similar to a reload bonus) whereas the "bonus cash" is credited directly to your account without any play through requirements, hence the different Point amounts in the store for these items.

Did anyone play and cash in the PokerNews Showdown?

Thanks, finally received my money a few days ago (Oct 26th I think) just been too busy to post, but it's all worked out now. Kind of sucks that it was -$20 less than what I cashed out due to "wiring fees" or whatever, Im used to getting a tiny bit extra since I cash out in USD and it's converted to CAD but thats ok

I still think its weird that I got an email saying there was "invalid information" and then suddenly everything went through and they never told me what was wrong or asked for any other info..??

Thanks for talking to them for me though Poker770 rep!
