Hello,

as part of the security restrictions, players from Serbia will have to provide an ID and also make an initial deposit to benefit from the additional 7.70 + 10 bonus.

I've been looking for a new place to play, and Poker770 seems to offer decent bonuses and stuff. So I decided to do some research about the site, and it seems like a lot of people have problems withdrawing. That makes me think twice about depositing there and starting to play.

Is there someone who has been waiting their money for a LONG time, or even worse, never got the money? I really want to think twice after FTP and all.. FTP showed us you can never be too careful, I was ready to bet my left nut FTP has their s*it together, but what do you know...

I'm probably going to use Neteller as deposit method and withdrawing method as well. I see many people have problems with bank accounts. Is neteller maybe faster and more reliable or whatever?

Anyways, what I mostly want is feedback from people who have played there. Does it seem reliable with withdrawals and all?!

Some of these licence providers should really be following closely the players money are there on an bank account. I understand Kahnawake doesnt require the money to be there, which really sucks. I hope the internet poker industry, and licence providers learn something from this FTP fu*k-up.

Hello Archi,

first of all thanks for taking Poker770 into consideration. Regarding the withdrawal, upon first cash out request you need to provide an ID and an invoice that states your address. That is part of the security procedure to make sure all info is correct and also common going on most poker sites as well.

The first withdrawal thus takes a bit longer, but all withdrawals after that are by far faster when the account is fully verified.

Neteller as eWallet is definitely faster than using bank accounts for cashing out, another example would be MoneyBookers / Skrill (that's their new name).

If you should have any problems or questions, feel free to post in the thread here or send me a PM.

200% up to $2000 bonus max, this means the max. deposit amount to profit from this deal is $1000 - the bonus will be paid out in increments of $2 as you play and earn 770 Points and you have 45 days to clear it.

- The first $2 of your bonus will be credited when you have collected 75 Points770
- The next four $2 bonuses will be credited, every time you collect 100 Points770: ie. a $2 bonus per 100 Points770 collected.
- The rest of the bonus will be credited as follows: a $2 bonus per 150 Points770 collected

You can also cash out during the 45 days after your first deposit without any restrictions, the remaining first deposit bonus will not be cancelled in that case. For all that already took advantage of the previous offer that Poker770 had on 2+2, we will also have a 25% instant reload bonus in a few days as well.

If you have any questions, just shout ... I don't bite
When will the bonus credited to my account? I sign up and doposite 2 weeks ago, and acumulated about 400 points so far. Strangely, no $ bonus added to my account yet. Or I have to wait for 45 days?

Hello sangella,

the post above from support is correct. The bonus is paid out in $2 increments as you play within the 45 days after your deposit, if that is not the case please send an email to support@poker770.co.uk and include your PSR. You can also send me the details via personal message and I will have someone look into your account.

Hello sangalla,

the Points Boost is part of the VIP program and awarded at the beginning of the next month based on your activity of the previous month and doesn't count towards the FDB playthrough. If you go to the website, you can find all info about this Boost listed under the tab "VIP Club" and "Collect Points".

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch with me via this thread or private message.

So far so good.

Just wanted to say that support is very quick and helpful on this site, I had some questions about wire transfer withdrawal (living in Canada my bank doesn't use IBAN #s, etc) and all me emails were responded to within 20-30 mins.

I sent all the documents needed for account verification and withdrawal (was quite a few things they wanted to see, but just blacked out anything unrelated to them/verifying me) and this morning I received this email:

--------------------------------------------
Dear ________,

We have received your identification documents and we thank you.

We are happy to inform you that as a certified member, your account has been reactivated and therefore, you can sign in using your usual login details.

In order to thank you for your trust and loyalty, we have the pleasure of announcing that a bonus of $20.00 has just been credited to your player account.

See you soon on our Poker770 tables !

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.

Best regards,

Poker770 Team
----------------------------------------------

Ill post again about when I receive my wire transfer withdrawal about how long it took and if there were any issues AFTER being certified/verified.

Cheers!

edit: Lol, I wasn't even aware that my account was ever 'deactivated' (sent it all before going to bed) so that line in the email was a little bit strange. Also the $20 appears to be an instant cash credit, don't know if there a play-through or anything but you don't need to earn points to release it.

I dont understand why there is NEVER anyone to answer the phones at Poker770! I have tried to called a few times, when it says you guys have 24 hours support but no one EVER answers the phone. What is the problem? It shows that there are nearly 10,000 players online right now! So this is peak traffic hour but there is no message saying that there is a wait to talk to someone, there is just a recording to leave a message.

Hello,

the initial 2+2 bonus is supposed to be $10 instant and $20 in pending bonuses that are released in $2 increments as you play. Can you check your cashier and bonus section if there is any pending bonus listed?

Hello,

normally you need to provide a copy of your ID and an utility bill to verify the account, once that is approved by a payment operator it should be credited within 3 days. The first withdrawal takes a bit longer because usually the account is not fully verified yet, but all further withdrawals are by far faster and it's part of the security procedure.

If you run into any problems, feel free to send me a PM with the account details and I will have someone look into it.

Thanks poker770 rep, I will take you up on that if it doesn't go through in the next day/2. The last email said that the Financial Department should update my file soon and I will be kept updated.

I believe that much of the issue revolved around:
1) The SWIFT number (which DOES NOT appear anywhere on my bank statements from Canada)
2) The fact that I sent online banking screen shots that showed my bank account currency (my paper statement doesn't, but poker770 said they needed it...) along with all the other info (banks name/addy from their site, my account name from my online bank + account number, everything)

After validating my account this is the info they still needed to cash-out:

"In order to complete the transfer, our payment agent requires that you send us a copy of your bank statement containing all the information, as follow:
- account owner's name,
- bank's name and address,
- transit number,
- account number,
- Swift code
- bank account currency."

The funny thing is, it's a TINY withdrawal ($110), I'm just broke and need to pay off some of my some of my credit card LOL

These 2 conflicting emails from 770support kind of threw me off a bit too:

first theyre all like:

"Since Canadian banks do not have SWIFT/BIC codes, make sure that you
select the 'Transit no.' option available in the form when entering your
account data. Moreover, as you have no IBAN code either, please leave the
'IBAN Number' field empty."

and then theyre like:

"We wish to assure you that any banking institution has a SWIFT/Bic code
which is required for international transfers. This being the situation,
please get back to us with a confirmation after having consulted your
bank."

Hello,

I need your PSR (account number) via personal message on 2+2, otherwise I cannot have someone look into it and verify the current status. Please don't post it openly in the thread though for security reasons and use the PM function instead. If that is not available yet, you can also ask a moderator since it requires a specific post count to get enabled first - or you post your screen name. Either way works for me though to help identifying the account in question.

Also, iPoker and the support in general is based at Israel and they don't work on Friday and Saturday, their work week starts on Sunday. And international bank transfers are not processed on the weekend either (always has been the case).

I requested withdrawal 6 or 7 days ago.
I've received an e-mail immediately that processing will take up to 96 hours.

After 96 hours I contacted the online support, and I received an information that they regret about delays, and that's all.

I've also sent 2 e-mails to support@poker770.co.uk about my withdrawal, but nobody even took care to answer them.

All these rules about 96 hours for processing are worth nothing to them.

That's the worst poker room I've ever seen.
I'm only waiting for my money, and have hope that nobody will put his own money there.

Hello,

was this your first withdrawal and is your account already fully verified, e.g. did you submit the required documents as part of the security procedure? Also keep in mind that in the meantime there was the weekend in between as well.

Yes, of course - that was my first wihdrawal, and also last one.

If somebody tells me that he will do something in 96 hours, and isn't doing that - I can be pissed off.

It's cheating.

You should just obey Your own rules.
For me - You're cheaters, nothing more.
