I checked with them and it is possible that you are from a restricted country, most iPoker skins don't offer their bankrolls to specific countries but this is not confirmed yet. I apologize for the delay.

Hello Christian. I've had so many problems with Poker770 lately.

I made my very first withdrawal request the 16/8/2011 which were on $2000.
They call me the next day, asking me for Identification (passport, recent bill etc.) + the front and back of which cards I made deposits with.
I send all the needed documents the following days..

The 20/8/2011 I received an e-mail from their customer service, saying that I'm now a 'certified member'. But nothing else happened. I've sent countless of e-mails complaining about the slow process, and I've only received the usual freaking standard/copy paste answers.

The 30/8/2011, I received an e-mail which said that I NOW have to send a bank statement from my local bank containing the IBAN and Swift code.
- What the hell did'nt they ask me about that 14 days ago, with all the other documents?
Anyways, I sent the documents the next day, and now 5 days later 4/9/2011, I still haven't heard from them..

I really need the money, because I'm going to London the 8/9/2011 with my girlfriend and it would be pretty sad not to have any cash over there.
I hope you can do something to speed up the process, so I get them before the 8th of September.

I have waited for the $2000 for more than 21 days now, and if something does'nt happen very soon, I will never set my feet on Poker770 again, even though I like to play there. But sometimes you gotta have principles.

I just forwarded this to management and hope it can be sorted out in time. Was the withdrawal supposed to go to your bank account or Neteller? Because Neteller as ewallet would be by far faster than an international bank transfer that usually takes at least 2-3 days once it was approved.

Yes I received $20 on my Neteller account, and I really did'nt understand why I only received $20? First I thought they had made a mistake, making it $20 instead of $2000, but since poker770 is a professional poker site I rejected that thought.
When I made my requested withdrawal, I used Neteller and NOT my local bank wire, I filled out all the needed information, numbers, amount etc..
I really don't seem how it can be miss understood.. In my e-mails to poker770 I clearly emphasized that my withdrawal was going through Neteller.

Do you know how this can be fixed the fastest way, and what the status is?
Am I going to receive the money through Neteller or my local bank?

Well I am trying my best to help where I can. One thing comes to my mind that would have caused this, was your first deposit by any chance $20 via Neteller? Because I know from personal experience that some sites complete the withdrawal by sending the first deposit amount via the payment method used and the rest through the one requested ... so at some point it must have been mixed up with a bank wire withdrawal.

I have forwarded the request again by highlighting that the whole remaining amount should be credited to Neteller and hope this can be fixed asap.

My first deposit were made 2011-08-15 13:48:27 using my local bank wire and NOT Neteller.
I really hope this thing can be solved rather quickly.

And if you've never deposited via Neteller, that may explain the problem - many sites won't allow you to cash out to a funding method that you've never deposited with. Although I don't know why they'd have put $20 there for you already in that case.

I know that sites won't allow you yo withdraw if you haven't made any deposits yet. But I did, the 2011-08-16 15:06:34 I made my first deposit using Neteller - $20.

Well my first deposit was using my local bank ($30), and my second was using Neteller ($20)
