I sent them 7 mails but no reply,I wait 3 days.I sent them my documents for verification also.Did anyone have a similar problem?What can I do,I want my money back?

While I'm not saying you should be pleased about a 3 day wait, 7 emails and starting this thread is a little excessive. You're just going to need to have a little (or a lot of) patience.

If you look through other Stars threads on here, you'll find that waiting time on Stars has been on the longer side lately.
