Pokerstars account frozen

Hi , i'm french and i have open a account on Pokerstars.com because now im living in Malta. Before i have an french account on Pokerstars.fr but i have no play for several months.
My account in .com has been frozen, i have sent the document needed, and after more than 15 days, my pokerstars account is already frozen.
Does there is somebody here from pokerstars or i dont know, because they dont reply of my email !

Posting your Stars .com (.EU?) username might speed up the process if a Stars employee reads this thread
