Hi, I am writing here for help with my ggpoker account. My ggpoker account was frozen about 2 months ago. Since my account was frozen, I have not received any emails from them. I had $20,000+ in my GG account when they froze it. Two months ago, I connected to GGPoker and observed that it had 3-4 jackpots of $5000 with Spin n Go at $100, which had been won quickly. I then decided to give it a try. After 6-7 spins and go , I could see that only the $200 had fallen. I then took out insurance to protect myself. This lasted for about 30-40 minutes. I finished up around USD 8000 during the 30-40 minutes that it lasted. At the time I didn't understand what was happening, it all happened so quickly. The next day, my GG account was frozen, and I never received any email from them. I wondered if receiving help or advice or what to do after this situation is possible. I have been playing GGPoker for a while and have never encountered any issues before.

Now after reflection, I can say that it was due to a lag in their system. This lag should not punish me or steal the money I had in my account before this day. Even if they would have asked me to take back the 8k that I did that day I would have accepted without hesitation, but I have received no email from them since and my account is still frozen.
