Good evening. I would like to share with you my situation that occurred on the GG network. First, let me introduce myself - my name is Evgeny. I have been playing poker for over 5 years, specializing in spin and go discipline, currently playing limits 50+. In November 2023, I started playing spin and go $100 on Betkings. Everything was fine until February 2024. On February 19th, I played regular session, and at some point, I noticed that for a long time, at all tables, I was only getting multipliers x2. I noticed that other players were actively using insurance in every tournament. Insurance is an option that allows a player to receive a refund of the buy-in in case of a 2x multiplier. Naturally, I also started doing the same because playing without insurance with such multiplier structure is simply unprofitable. The next day, my account was frozen. For over 5 weeks now, I have been unable to withdraw my money from this room. Of course, I am not the only regular player who has faced this situation.

On February 20, I wrote to support to find out the reason for the freeze. There was no response from the room. Recently, I learned from my affiliate that this case is closed. I and several other regulars were accused of being involved in a hacker attack on GG servers.

From my side, the situation looks very simple: I played my session, noticed that the conditions changed from normal to unique, and quickly adapted to the new conditions. No hacker attacks, no violations of the room's rules! I still don't understand why my account was frozen! Why were my funds taken away, and why don't they even respond to my emails? It's inexplicable!
I consider the accusation of a hacker attack to be absolutely groundless and disrespectful to any player! I want to get my account fully unblocked and definitely restore full access to my funds!
I would like to add that there are precedents for other players who also took advantage of this bug and returned to the tables within a few days! Why was I identified as the organizer of the attack, while other regs were simply let go? This is complete lawlessness!

I want to file a complaint with the GG regulator about this situation because I consider this accusation unjustified. Have any of you had similar precedents? What advice can you give in this situation? Does anyone have contacts of players who also got frozen for an imaginary reason? Or do you have advice on how to properly contact the regulator? Where to write and how?

For those who don't understand the economics of spins, let me explain that in 2x multipliers, all three players lose; it's like a casino with huge commission. Therefore, playing at 2x, any regular player loses significant money. And if it's only 2x, it means they're losing it rapidly.
When I realized that due to the current frequency of multiplier outcomes, I had lost a considerable sum of money, and seeing that many around were taking insurance at every table, I too started playing with insurance.

In GG, a significant part of rakeback is the mines. And a regular becomes somewhat a hostage of the chosen mine, because if you don't play through 100% within the chosen time (maximum 8 hours), you lose 100% of the rakeback amount (on the highest mine, it's $700). So, not all regs can just stop playing because the software is bugged, because we all know - if a player can't finish their mine due to such a software bug - sorry guys, you need to pay me the cost of the mine because I wasn't playing to not exploit you. GG ignores such issues; they don't provide any compensation in their system except in cases where the player physically couldn't play. So, I am being accused of exploiting a bug of the room, on which I previously lost a substantial amount. In a situation where no one would have compensated me for my losses if I hadn't played at all.

I am even willing to return the part of the money I gained due to the bug. It's not essential for me to keep it; I can agree that it should belong to the room, provided that they compensate me for all my losses and restore full access to the room and my funds.
