Not sure that's how it works and pretty sure PokerStars security would already have some elaborate scheme in place already to prevent it. Let us know if it works (post both usernames for proof).
I'd expect that "subject to restrictions" might put a crimp in his plans. As you've alluded to, clearly this isn't what GDPR compliance is meant for, and it's unlikely this will work very often, if ever.

That's not collusion. It is, however, shortsightedly predatory behaviour that has become all too common these days. I think there was a time when players weren't so obvious about it, but sadly that appears to be gone now.
BTW, signatures are disabled on our forums because they annoy the hell out of people. I think signing off your posts with the same phrase is going to get old quickly. Actually, I believe it already has.
