Iam waiting my cashout from partypoker since 2 months

I contacted the support 3 times, they asked me lot of question like " what is your professional activity " ( wtf ? ), they asked me a proof with a pdf of my bank account, then, they sent me to my bank, my bank said they didnt receive anything, iam loosing lot of time because of this ****, i sent a proof to party wich show i didnt receive the money, now they are "investigating" since 15 days and they dnt give me news if i dnt ask them.

It's crazy, i never had this kind of problem on pstars or winamax. The only problem i had was on party for 1k$ cash out, lol.

Iam i alone on earth to had this problem with party ?

same exact problem here. similar amount, similar time.

They sent me to my bank. My bank didnt receive anything.
I didnt have any problem with other withdrawals, e.g. from Pokerstars.

Party sent me some sort of proof of payment, but that doesnt help me, because the sender has to investigate where the money is. My bank cant do anything, and theyre right.

I will contact party again and ask them for an investigation. That is the senders responsibility. My bank cant do anything.

Mistakes can happen, but Party acted very unprofessional. I hope now they will do whats right.
