Hello, my name is Paulo, i live in Brazil and my nick on PartyPoker is NewfishBr . I'm still shocked by what happened ... I've been a professional player for over 10 years and decided on a year ago move from PokerStars to PartyPoker for reasons of rakeback. Well, today I woke up with an email informing me that I was banned and my account was closed for violating "our terms and conditions". I have never done anything wrong throughout my career and I am very devastated because my bankroll was in the PP and it was mine and the sustenance of my family. It's too early to know
what attitude should I take, so I'm asking for help in case anyone has any suggestions ...

Searching here in 2 + 2 I saw some similar cases of regs being banned unfairly. In most cases, the result was not good.

While i understand, that this must be frustrating, i can't understand, why you think such a thread would help. if you don't have or don't want any more details, no one can help you.

in most cases posts like this end in a series of contradictions and we finally learn, that OP did indeed violate the TOC. in some cases players indeed got treated unfairly and got help (community, room representatives).

so either you post more details, or get more details (writing support until you got an explanation).

I looked into this with the Fraud and Risk team
The account is permanently closed and will remain so
You received an email detailing why the account was closed and should you wish , you can reply back to the team to dispute
