I registered with paddypower on August 8, 2019, made a minimum deposit of 5 euros and started playing poker. After 3 hours, I won 15 euros from above, that is, my balance was 20 euros. I wanted to conclude that I won 20 euros. In order to put my funds to the conclusion, I had to verify my account. I uploaded my passport and passed verification. Now the function of withdrawing funds from the account was available to me. I put 20 euros on the output and turned off the computer.

After 2 hours, I still managed to contact the employees in live chat from another device. I attach a screenshot of the correspondence. I contacted the employee from another device and reported that more than 72 hours had passed to verify the documents. The employee replied that the verification takes from 24-72 hours. They said they i will need waiting for an email reply. after a few seconds, the employee wrote a message about closing the chat on their own, without listening to me completely.
*It is disrespectful to treat their customers this way.
I hope you will help to deal with this issue and speed up the verification process.
