am I allowed to do a trade where i transfer $ through a non USA site and ask for a transfer to a USA bank account?

This is fine if you are playing and trading from outside the US.

I wound up getting a new card/plan called PayPower. It's either Netspend's replacement, or just another way NS is going. It takes NSreloadit packs, which I actually saw in the store where as NS reload packs where Impossible to find.

I noticed the fee for reloads via these is $3.95 where for green dot moneypaks it's $4 or $5.95, so hopefully combined with NS having a card holder to card holder transfer function that it re-gains it's stature.

no, but smoe people will do it in the p2p transfer, usually for a 10% vig

Sorry if this has been answered before. If you receive a transfer on Carbon you have to wait 4 days to withdraw it, but do you have to wait 4 days if you want to transfer it?

It looks like this scumbag got me too in the marketplace forum for a couple of books. I had never traded or made any sort of deals with him in the past so I did about 20 min of research on him before sending, and frankly there didn't seem to be anything to worry about. I'm hoping that this is a misunderstanding, but if not I can assure you that needing diaper money will be the least of his future concerns.

I know he got you both for larger amounts than me, but take my word for it, he couldn't have chosen a worse person to scam on this site than me if he tried to.

Needdiapermoney-- If you read this you have two days to make these 3 scams right. If you don't, I will unleash a ****storm on you like you have never seen in your entire life. I already have personal information on you that I got my hands on last night without even putting that much effort into it, and if I don't see some positive steps towards resolution of these 3 deals TODAY I will be taking MY next step--AND TRUST ME ON THIS, you do not want me to do that. You have my name and home address in NYC (I could care less and wish you had more personal info on me tbh) so you know that I AM THE ONE who WILL take care of this if you don't make things right immediately. I am sick and tired of reading about people getting scammed so I'm gonna make it my business to be the poster boy of scam deterrence unless this is made right immediately. You have 24 hours.

AFter midnight saturday night, Needdiaper$ Pm me like 8x responding to my trade for CAke for GDMP. He offered to do $350 for $250 and would do $265 if i would send some of the cake right away and first thing 8am he would go to branch to deposit. I said chase here isnt open on sunday, doubt it is by you and he responded that was his bad as if he didnt know it was sunday. Frankly I bellieved him, I just had no reason to send him first since I was doing several trades saturday night.
He did mention the juicy PLO game where he lost and said he maxed out his atm so would have to do trade on monday and asked one more time for me to send first all or half so he could play sunday. Again all very believable. I also couldnt send him pm because I received message back his acct was full and he had to delete some.
He either is legit and will make good or he knew he was done here and going for as much as he could get before he got banned.
His PM didnt seem scammy or real desperate but didnt seem 100% right either with going to branch on sunday 8am.

Why is that obvious? This thread has been open for quite a long time and obviously has a ridiculously low amount of views, esp when you consider the topic. I completely disagree and think he likely won't even open this thread--if he even knows that it exists.

If he is a scammer, either he won't care about your threats, or he will search for posts about him.

If it's account-like, such as Amazon or Netspend where you can transfer $$ from account to account then it's allowed in the p2p thread.

Can somebody explain to me how to allow transfers on Carbon?
They don't feel like answering e-mails today even though im a 'water' level player.

are transfer going through today? i sent a greendot mp last night at 930pm. the other party shipped (so he said), right after that and i still did not get the transfer into my carbon account.

Yes, but some take more time than others for w/e reason... If the transfer is pending it will say so near the top of the cashier. I just shipped and it went through in seconds. Sometimes if you cancel the pending and make another immediately it will go through just fine. Note sure why this happens.
