i have a solid 5-figure account tied up in this, and i am friends with several others who have similar balances that have been stolen, as well as a player who had nearly 7 figures tied up by the scandal.

we are willing to contribute to payment for any legal fees incurred in the attempts to sue microgaming for liability OR to sue the previous owners of tusk for fraud (or whatever it is they are guilty of). or, if not to sue, just to find out whatever might be necessary to take legal action. if anyone wants to do the work to get good lawyers on the issue, please contact me and i will arrange payment for them as well as compensation for you.

i don't post here but i have browsed the 2p2 threads about microgaming since i lost my account on rednines in february. if you are concerned about my legitimacy, i am a video producer and coach at CardRunners and also a well-known member of the liquidpoker community, and i'd be happy to put you in contact with any relevant references.

i am very serious about wanting to get my money, as well as everyone else's, back from these scumbags.

I tried to link up players on this post:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...t=#post5387617

but I didnt receive many replies... :/. I still think that with some temporary forum with organized threads players (and affected sites) can gather up and try to do something together... the 183+ pages huge topic is not helping on this, only being bumped sot people wont forget it.
Mith, maybe you that have contacts on CR or LP can help with that.
If you want my messenger just pm me.

cheers

MyPokerProfit.. wonderful

In the beginning, there was Red Nines, and the Prima Network, which most people knew was Microgaming.

Then we all got our accounts locked, and they were so kind as to let us know the bad guy was a company named 'Tusk' which oh yeah by the way has been handling all your money, and sry but even though you had no stake in the investments they made, the risk has been on you as an unsecured creditor. And oh yeah Microgaming's not responsible.

Now it turns out there's 'MyPokerProfit', which for some inexplicable reason allowed skins onto Prima faster than Prima itself. And Microgaming pushed them onto new skins.

Also, if the Red Nines managers are still here, perhaps now you could also shed some light on the limits on cashouts leading up to the fiasco? Because as of November 2007, I was unable to cash out more than 10k a week. I was informed that this was a decision by the directors, and despite numerous attempts on my part they would not comment on it any further.

Obv I see why the limits were imposed to begin with, but by not informing the players you were basically pulling a pyramid scheme on us - nothing wrong here people, just keep playing, keep depositing, there's no insolvency that you have to worry about. In fact why don't you Tell Your Friends, and make a whopping $50?
