After a long wait.. FINALLY received info from BCP.. My check is no where to be found according to BCP. They are as clueless as I. Instead that payment will be erased. My account refunded and immediately removed for WU processing. I will be receiving WU's with no fees to make up for this mishap. They are taking accountability. Which I am extremely thankful. Squeaky wheel truly gets the grease. Will keep updates as to when I receive the $.
For them to not make me pay fees is most assuredly a step in the right direction as well as trying to build good faith which is appreciated.
