maybe wpn has some issues with liquidity, they are tricking customers into deposits with misleading advertising and refuse to cash out those deposits.

Hey guys, I tried to play in a $2 Jackpot SNG today at Black Chip Poker and when I registered for the tourney, nothing happened except I lost $2.

Is there anything that can be done about this or is that $2 gone?

Please define:

1) Misleading advertising
2) Instances of refusing to cash out players

I see neither... in fact, quite the opposite.

What did live chat say when you contacted them directly?

I requested a withdrawal by check for 3k on Oct 1st. They told me to expect to wait 6-8 weeks to receive it, but it still has not arrived. I emailed support 4 days ago asking about it, but have yet to hear back. Any advice on who I should contact or what I should do to make sure I get paid?

I've never had trouble cashing out here before (mostly bitcoin, but also by check) and have put in a decent amount of volume over the years.

Call them. Do bitcoin going forward, it's 2018 son.

I usually do bitcoin but decided not to for whatever reason this time unfortunately.

Chat told me that this isn't unusual and all I need to do is wait. I guess I'll check back in with them in a month or so if still nothing. They said they weren't able to cancel it, even with some sort of fee though.

Is ACR owned by the same company that owns Bookmaker?

BTC Cashout request ($500) about 4 PM 12/12


I sent my request to my Blockchain Wallet and I see that they offer transfers directly to your bank account now. Normally I send it to Coinbase and then my bank account. Is that still necessary to avoid losing funds that originated from a gaming site?

Yes, I've never deposited on ACR and recently completed 2 BTC withdrawals with no questions asked.

Nobody responded via live support so I sent an email to the support link provided in the ACR client for transactions.

Not sure if it matters but this is the first time I've ever tried withdrawing money from ACR.

I was able to reach support over the phone. They said it looked like my account was accessed from a different computer so they requested I send my ID with a utility bill which I did. Shortly after I received another email from support saying there was an error processing the request and should try again. Either way I sent what they requested and will see if they respond one more time before sending a new cash out request.

Got everything squared away with ACR support. I must say they were extremely helpful and the response time was really fast. Kind of surprised, pleasantly of course.

Trying to deposit a couple if dimes on ACR. Coinbase doesn't accept credit cards anymore, and Coinmama says "Buying crypto is currently suspended. Hey guys, I'm just starting to get back in the game. However, I noticed that most players on here keep mentioning Blockchain and Coinbase for transactions.

I just want the best/fastest way to get my money. The way I would do it in the past(last year) was to make a deposit with my CC, then make withdrawals via BTC to Gemini.

I don't see many mentioning Gemini, why? Did it change, or are those other two a bit faster/better? LMK, thanks guys.

Use CoinbasePRO to avoid fees. Other than that you're doing it right.


Gemini having insane fees would be my guess; much higher than any other exchange (except Coinbase, which isn't actually an exchange (CoinbasePRO is)).

Is PokerKing not a part of this thread? They are part of the same network and are a complete scam of a site.

They charge a 5% fee if you want to withdraw more than $4000/month and my latest withdrawal was requested on Dec 08 and is still pending. Contacted support 4 times, once on Friday (Dec 14), I was told the money will be with me on Saturday, or Monday the latest. Then again on Monday and was told my money will be with me later the same day.

Again on Tuesday morning, was told the money will be sent that day, and now again early on Wednesday morning, they told me to contact them again in 6-8 hours because the person responsible for sending it is not in. This skin is a complete joke and I hope you avoid it by all means.
How can PK be so scummy with withdrawals relative to all the other skin on the network? I now play on ACR and I have never had an issue, but still have money on PK that I am in the process of withdrawing slowly cause of their scam fees.
