Somebody said something like it only gives you the stats for the first table if you are playing multiple tables for sngs. Is that true?

Only sng's I've played with it are heads up and it worked for me even while I was playing cash/mtt's. Just doens't seem to work on rebuys, I just need to make a post in thier forums and maybe they will get an update out soon.

It's funny you mention that. Rebuy tournaments are about the only common poker game I don't play. Cash, single entry MTT's, SNG's, all fine. But I have a long dislike of rebuys. So I don't have an answer for you.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of "withdrawal by debit card" method. One can only withdraw to the debit card applied for via WPN. Getting a BOA debit card would do you no good... one can not simply link any old debit card to WPN and then withdraw to it.

I work for a logistics company so I am fully aware of international and domestic times... Black Chip continues its story when it was sent.. So.. Where exactly is my check BCP?

Thats bc they take like 65 bucks per withdraw with is redic, and the card/check system seems to be working just fine. People say use the card, but I have had literally zero problems with my checks. Always show up within fifteen business days and always cash. So I dont think I want to play all those fees that come with the card, as I can get a check for free and i dont NEED the money by a certain time.

The only upside to the card that I can see is, no paper-trail. Which might be useful in todays market until everything gets regulated.

I am debating either debit or check, I prefer check because I am withdrawing my whole balance and I do not "need" by a certain date. I'd rather not give more information than I have to this site.

About 3 days all together between processing and getting my money. It is fast but expensive. But is fast.

Heads up if looking to get a debit card a rep told me today due to delays its taking 6-8 weeks to get the card. I also asked about check times he says 15 business days max this is coming from a security personal at the site. Western unions are still 1-3 days from what i read on here. I might just request a check if i want during the time it takes to send a card.

15 business days max huh? todays is business day 37.. just saying and have not received a response to any of my emails over the last week. So not only am I being ignored by support but this friday makes two months.. so bcp is the new lock?

Well I requested check on the 12th of this month, they told me it was processed same day. On Saturday I asked them the status of the check or if they could track it and I was told differently that it wasn't processed til the 16th and to wait 15 business days after it and check back in Nov. 6 if I haven't received by then. So will update when its received, should've just requested a card so any future transfers aren't a problem.

this makes no sense then... I requested my check the 6th of August and your told 15 business days?? That has long come and gone with no response over 9 days from BCP support.. Am I the only one being pushed and pulled around by this terrible company?

Your papercheck for xxx was sent on September 14th. Usually checks are delivered in 15 business days, but they can get delay up to 6-8 weeks. At this moment, we are at week #7. If by November 18th you did not receive your check, we will proceed to cancel the check and request a refund. You can also request a stop payment, but you will need to cover a $250 fee.

So First they tell me if it is not here by Oct. 15th to contact them.. Then in another email they say to wait until November 9th. Now they say to wait till the 18th?? These guys are inconsistent and intransparent. None of which really makes sense. The worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I hope I get paid and that others will see how iffy this is and take there business elsewhere. facepalm. smh.

Yeah, your story sure has been making them look bad for some time now. I can't believe a rep hasn't seen your messages on here and gotten something done for you. This is just such bad publicity for them and has likely kept some players away. Hope you get your money and soon.

Earlier in this thread u said u requested a check on September 11th, but here u say October 12th. Are these two different requests, and if so, did u receive the earlier one?

I submitted the pprwork for the debit card last week (10/17) and am just waiting now. I was thinking about requesting a check while waiting for that but Om now growing concerned there is an evolving problem here. In the last couple weeks Im only reading about delays or problems with both checks and debit cards and havent read about any successful cashouts.
Im not going to continue to play if people cant get their money. It would do a world of good if several known posters could report that they are successfully withdrawing money.

It's cause they truly don't care.. Support has not tried to help this process one bit.. Rather they just copy and paste the same message each and every time just pushing the dates back with each email.. Something fishy is going on with black chip. I would advise playing another skin other than BCP.. They can not be trusted with your funds from this experience.. Seems more like a ponzi scheme. They can only pay out players from new money. If there is no new money coming in they can not pay and maintain the deadlines they set for themselves.To much fishy information. I truly don't enjoy writing negative feedback. But it is only fair for players to know what is going on.
