Made a bitcoin withdrawal yesterday mid-afternoon. Still haven't received the money, so I gave customer support a call just now just to make sure everything was ok. The person I spoke with said that I should be receiving an email within 24 hours of the withdrawal (and it's already been over 24 hours) that requires me to respond to it confirming the bitcoin address and amount. I tell him that I have never had to do that in the dozen or so bitcoin withdrawals I've made from ACR. He seemed a little confused because it was his understanding that that is the standard procedure.

Has anyone ever had to do this? Is this something new? I don't even have the bitcoin address anymore because it refreshes to a new one every time I open my bitcoin ewallet app, so I wouldn't be able to confirm it. But I'm 100% positive I entered it correctly because I quadruple checked it before making the request.

They don't have a consistent process. Often they call you on the phone and ask you to read the address.....

Update: received the $ today this afternoon, without having received any email or having to give them any info. Lolwpn forever. The people they have working customer support are borderline mentally ******ed. I wouldn't trust them to babysit my pet rock.

If I'm looking to withdrawl soon, ($500) is direct withdraw to coinbase bad? What is "bread wallet"? Just looking for the safest way to withdrawl with minimal time wasted and minimal fees

Withdrew $150 to Electrum and it showed up 18 hours later. I couldn't figure out why I was being charged 0.001 BTC for sending it again before realizing the wallet had 2FA.

If I have no immediate use for the money is it wiser to keep it in my wallet or convert to USD asap?

If Coinbase detects you are sending/receiving funds to/from a gambling site, your account will be subject to closure as have others in the past. Use a middle/buffer wallet between site and Coinbase. Blockchain, Mycelium, and Electrum are popular choices.

I often don't get emails when I cash out, so don't be alarmed by that

Just received the following email at 3:36pm 9/28

"In order to move forward with your recent cash out request, would you be so kind to call us at 1-877-314-4195 from your registered phone or email us at cashier@digitalexchange.eu from your registered email with the following information: "

- Amount for this cash out
- BTC Address for this cash out
- Date and amount of your last deposit.

So I just called and gave them the info requested above, guy was bit confused on the phone at first and thought I was asking why it had not been confirmed yet but whatever, I ended up having to give him the amount of cash out, the date of cash out the BTC address first 4 and last 4 only and then I have not deposited in over a year at least but he said that wasn't important as long as I could provide the method of my last deposit and I did that than he said he will make a note of it in my withdrawal request and then they will send another email confirmation for the cashout.

Would really appreciate if anyone can answer my question. I plan on playing two tables of plo$10 for about 60hours/week. Does anyone have any idea if I should be able to qualify for the $100bonus on the beast with that amount of play at those stakes. I'm trying to build a bigger roll so if you know or again have any idea in your estimation if I should be able to qualify I'd really appreciate your guess. Thanks

I honestly do not think playing 2x tables of PLO $10 will get you even close to making the beast let alone in top whatever to make any amount of $ from it.

I need an admin or someone from winning to contact me. So last night i place a ryder cup wager and it accepted the bet late and i was told in live chat that the wager will not count because it was accepted after the post time, Match started at 11:10 and i placed the wager at 11:11. Fast forward to today and they will not cancel it. They are saying the match started at 12:00 which i know 100% for a fact it did not so what do i do here? they will not take screenshots to show the correct time or anything, heres the wager in question
