Nobody responded via live support so I sent an email to the support link provided in the ACR client for transactions.
Not sure if it matters but this is the first time I've ever tried withdrawing money from ACR.

Not sure if it matters but this is the first time I've ever tried withdrawing money from ACR.
I was able to reach support over the phone. They said it looked like my account was accessed from a different computer so they requested I send my ID with a utility bill which I did. Shortly after I received another email from support saying there was an error processing the request and should try again. Either way I sent what they requested and will see if they respond one more time before sending a new cash out request.

Got everything squared away with ACR support. I must say they were extremely helpful and the response time was really fast. Kind of surprised, pleasantly of course.
