Hi Guys,

Dropped a 1500 deposit on ACR to give it a whirl. Do you need to confirm you account before withdraws? Is it dumb to ask them to do that before your ready to withdraw even just to have the paperwork out of the way? If depositing with Visa can you withdraw via btc coinbase or is there another option? I may have missed it on this thread but did anyone notice that the Bitcoin option to deposit went up again. Went from $50 min up to $100 min now.

why is no one even mentioning that ACR has been under DDOS attack for the past several days? This is ridic, site or client is not even accessible

I withdrew everything after being the tournaments got cancelled yesterday. Requested it this morning around 8am and the funds are still not in my Blockchain now at 9:30pm. I'll post if it ever gets there.

Using an old Windows 7 laptop, which runs well, but the deposit and withdrawal pages within the cashier are busto. P2P works fine thankfully. I've uninstalled, run CCleaner, re-installed, and restarted to no avail. Everything works smoothly, and I don't have trouble with anything else but this one hiccup. Flash and Java are updated... all I got.

Figured it out. It's that I've blocked access to iesnare. You all should too. Many 2p2 threads to link to on iesnare.

I guess their CS department is also getting ddos since they cant seem to respond to any emails. Literally everything I get involved with lately has just been a huge hassle. Just need one thing to go right, or I might go off the deep end!

hey guys just wanted to say I have done a withdraw on Monday night, and again on Thursday night..while all these ddos attacks have been going on..and both were paid out in under 30 hours. so that is something to be positive about

No one has mentioned it? I've talked about it dozens of times on multiple forums over this past week. Even went so far as to interview the WPN Tournament Director and ask about it.

Unfortunately the debit card option was cancelled earlier this month and is no longer available. They are working on acquiring a replacement (this one lasted about 4 years).

Hello. So, I used to play on ACR (AmericasCardRoom) a little 1 year ago. I deposited money via Skrill. Anyway, I lost a few hundred bucks and stopped playing poker all together. Recently ACR gave me a ticket for a tournament where I had some run and won almost 1k $. I tried to withdraw money via bitcoin but was told that because I deposited money via Skrill previously, I need to withdraw money now using Skrill too. Which really doesn't make sense as I lost all money I deposited via Skrill and it was long time ago. The problem is I don't use Skrill anymore and the only option I have is bitcoin now. What should I do? Thanks.

I was just in a $10 sit n go at ACR where from the beginning everyone kept getting timed out because they could do nothing. At the first of each new hand people could do things, but then that ability stopped. Others were posting for ten minutes to ACR: please stop the game! Then I flopped a straight and I could do nothing. I was unable to get back in the game because connection was lost. This was clearly because of ACR error. Eventually a pop up appeared showing it had played to conclusion and someone else had won and I finished 5th. Will I be able to get a refund?

Good afternoon. My username SinhroniziruyMenya. Made a deposit in this wonderful room.Played a little.Order withdrawal, and immediately received a lock account. All documents for verification of the account were sent, were checked and approved. But for about two months they are checking something. They write to me, saying the account under investigation. What can you investigate for so long? First they at least responded to letters.
But then ceased. I decided to try it through live chat. But there is the same thing, wait, you will be answered. My opinion, they just stole money. As such, there is no reason.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
